Joseph was detailed in his work, extremely responsive, and showed up on time. He also gave really good pricing on the job. Highly recommend

It was such a small fix, I didn't think they would bother, but...Unlike other businesses that just take your money and leave when they are done, Simply Reglaze stands by their work and honors their warranty. If you need to resurface/reglaze your tub or shower, make sure to reach out to them.

Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.

I reached out to Marco after reviewing the impressive samples of his work on his website and we couldn't be happier with the result. Two things became abundantly clear while talking to Marco about our door after he completed his inspection: (1) the man loves his work; and (2) he is a craftsman. Marco took ample time to explain what issues he found with our door and explain what his restoration process would entail, in addition to answering my questions that came up as he went along. In about a week, Marco renovated our door from its sun and water-damaged state to looking like it had just rolled out of the factory with a striking new finish that he created on the spot. The refinished door has transformed our front doorway and makes it pop in a way that it hasn't at any point since we bought the house. I highly recommend contacting Marco.

We placed an $11,000 order with Sarkis back in June and he promised our flooring would arrive in mid-July. It didn't arrive on time and he didn't keep us updated on the shipping status. We had to keep calling him and he'd just come up with vague excuses for the delay. Well, our flooring FINALLY arrived on September 25th (yes almost 2 1/2 months later than expected) and when the flatbed pulled up at our house, the entire load was toppled over and looked like it was going to fall off the truck at any moment. Then the driver backed his flatbed truck into our driveway and rammed into our rented construction fence, damaging it. I immediately pulled out my phone and started taking video and photos. The driver got out, completely ignored the fact that he hit the fence and started pulling the flooring off the truck. Because the stack tipped over, I could see that the ratchet straps were rubbing up against the corners of the wood slats. So I had to inspect every single piece on my own as I unloaded them. I emailed Sarkis immediately and told him that his driver damaged our fence and that we would be billed by Andy Gump for it. He couldn't have been more dismissive and took zero responsibility. He basically acted like I made the whole thing up. He also told me that his driver inspected all the pieces with me, so I couldn't come back later claiming anything on the order was damaged. His driver never inspected anything, so this was total b.s.! I asked Sarkis for his company's liability insurance carrier or his driver's insurance info numerous times and he refused to provide anything. Is it possible they're not insured? This could have been quickly and easily resolved, but shady Sarkis refused to cooperate in any way. I'll never use United Hardwood again. You've been warned. Check out the photos!
