I've been very pleased with the current staff (since it became "Honey"). I usually just get pedicures, and they always last at least a month, usually longer. The place is clean and the chairs are comfortable. It's large enough that I'm never bothered by the conversations of other customers when I'm wanting to read and relax. I like the Chinese music they play sometimes, and it's not too loud. I used to be able to walk in at any time without an appointment, but the place seems busier now. I think positive word-of-mouth is bringing in more people. Good for them! But this does mean you have to wait sometimes. I would advise making an appointment.

But also, she's super professional. Sandra told me what she was doing before she did it, what to expect before she did something and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The pictures attached don't lie...before, I looked like I had nothing...and now I DO! And yes, there was some redness immediately after, but it resolved by the time I got home (about 20 minutes after I left her). Megan and her instructor Miranda together mapped out my eyebrows and made sure I was happy with the plan before they started. Megan had such a light hand during the entire process. They kept asking me if I needed numbing cream but I didn't even need it! After she was finished she showed me in the mirror. I was so happy with the immediate results!!! My eyebrows are freaking perfect!!! She gave me this cute little after care bag with everything I need to take care of my eyebrows at home! Today is day 3 since I had my brows done. I am in no pain.
