Set up an account, book the time, you pay when the service is complete. I booked both services with Cassandra. She was superb! The girl at the reception counter was very sweet too. There were some parts that did hurt quite a bit, but it is over quick. Once the was is pulled off, the pain only lingers for a few seconds. She didn't laugh at me while I was spewing a stream of curse words every time a section was pulled. She may have had to go over some spots twice - sorry! The soothing gel treatment at the end really cools the whole area off. The whole thing was over in 30 minutes, maybe a little longer. Now I feel a bit less embarrassed taking my shirt off at the beach or pool, and no worries about the reactions when a woman touches my back. Definitely would recommend.

I had been working hard to keep both my parents safe during the pandemic, but I am certainly no pedicurist, so I asked her to wait a little longer. A little while after nail salons were allowed to open I gave my mom the green light to go ahead with all the proper precautions. She drove to a few and they looked a little crowded. Finally she came across Becky's. As soon as she was done, she called me, thrilled with her experience. Clients were limited to only a couple at a time, masks were required and temperatures were checked. Hand sanitizer was available upon arrival and departure too. Becky was absolutely wonderful. She was the perfect antidote after months of very limited social contact. They had a great conversation and by the time she left, my mom was asking all of us to go there and support Becky. She even paid for my brother to get a pedicure, his first at 53 years old! I went too. My toes weren't looking so good, even with my self-pedicure. Like my mom said, Becky was wonderful and the young man that works with her too!! You really feel safe with all the precautions they are taking and also it's so nice to speak with such friendly people. We traded stories and by the end it was like I had a new friend. I went back yesterday and Becky asked about my whole family. She clearly knows and cares about everyone who walks through her door. I would highly recommend Becky in normal times, but particularly now I can say it's a safe and comfortable place to get some self-care and pampering done. When it came time for its removal, I made an appt. with Becky Nails, after reading its reviews on Yelp. Shop is run by Becky & Max. Because she was alone that day, there was a bit of a wait. Becky was friendly and did the removal quickly and efficiently. Because my nails were ruined by a steady diet of gel manicures and are just getting healthy again, I only get them done periodically. I will make my next appt. with this salon and hope to develop a long-lasting relationship with them. Only given 4 stars because I haven't had a full manicure as yet. Location is across from Milford Police Station and there is adequate parking.

First of all, the booking process was extremely easy and the website was very informative…read more I received a gift card last year for my birthday and with my chaotic schedule did not get to use it over the course of a whole year. They still accepted my gift card and thankfully so as I decided to go for some relaxation and skin preparation for my wedding. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and answered any questions I had about anything. She was super sweet! She literally walked me backed explaining their process because it was my first time being there. Everything was clean and clozy and they have a waiting room outside the immaculate bathroom with multiple, private showers and very homey-feeling restrooms (it's a whole room with a door that fully closes - no stalls or anything of that nature) and even little benches in the bathroom so you can rest your belongings there. After changing into my luxurious soft robe and slippers (think croc material, good for cleaning) I waited in the relaxation room before being individually called by my esthetician/therapist. She walked me to my individual room, complete with a sink, massage table, another bench, plenty of hooks and closets for their supplies so they do not leave throughout the treatment, except to get you a glass of water at the end . She explained everything to me and inquired about my routine and skin type and kept politely checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. My therapist was Jada Lynne and although I selected "any therapist", I was very happy with her approach, kindness and informative knowledge that I will definitely select her on purpose next time. From the facial to the lower legs and feet treatment PLUSH arm and hand massage I felt EXTREMELY relaxed as I lead a busy lifestyle and that is sometimes hard for me, I was very thankful for the good vibes and peace she radiated. As she led me back to the relaxation room after the Tranquilty Signature Facial I felt so relaxed and honestly a little disoriented in a good way. I rarely treat myself to anything and this was just that, a real treat. I sat for a few minutes, drinking water and tea while soaking up the relaxation and did not feel rushed at all, by anyone at any time. Everyone was so nice and they have a beautiful selection of merchandise/skin care/natural little odds and ends in their lobby as well. Maureen was extremely quick in returning my initial phone call and gave me several options to schedule my appointment, all within a two week period. She does have limited late hours, but works for herself and therefore is flexible with her scheduling. The studio is a large one room space, divided into different areas...waiting area, reception desk, facial area, changing room, etc. It is a calm space with lots of beach themed decor. After changing into a strapless wrap/top, Maureen first did the facial which was really great...I have only had a few facials in my life, but this was one of the better ones. I was very relaxed and calm, even while we chatted during the first half of the services. Once she moved on the foot massage towards the end of the services, I was definitely in a zone of total relaxation. So much so, that I drifted off to sleep for a few minutes before realizing she was almost finished. I had a hard time sitting up and getting off the table and back to reality at that point. I was impressed with not only her skills as an esthetician, but her friendly nature as a person and as a professional. She offers an array of services including facials, nail care, waxing, and Reiki.
