This company was spectacular, the knowledge base was amazing. The design from start to finish. Each rock was hand picked, hand sculpted. It's not a pool, it's a work of art. He agreed to do the work, and seller paid him a significant amount of money. He went radio silent. The listing realtor told us that she personally delivered the check to him and he agreed to "get right over there and get it done". That never happened. I would avoid this contractor at all costs. Interesting to note that the seller wanted to use him because he thought our pool contractor was "a crook". Our pool contractor that performed the inspection has been in business for 40 years and has a great track record. Sad to know this seller was ripped off - and so were my buyers who closed in good faith the because work was paid for.

(My water turned red when I shocked it) I followed their recommendations. Not only were their tests wrong (I do have iron in my water) but they told me to use a quarter of the necessary amount of acid that I need and then use the non chlorine shock. Water went red again. Needless to say I went somewhere else and got the proper stuff and proper amount and now we are fine. They are probably just fine with regular city water but they have zero clue about what to do with well water. They didn't have a clue why my water reacted to the shock. Should have been my first clue.
