I ended up buying a container of her Red Lentil soup - which was delicious! I came back and bought a couple of single serving soups (that is all she had available at that moment). It is a great reminder for when you cook the dishes again. The virtual class is a great idea during the current times. We had a great time as if we were right there. Conversation was easy and fluid.
