I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). Installation day was handled with professionalism and at the end of it all the crew cleaned up very well. They made sure to carefully remove the shoe molding around our cabinets as they matched the cabinets and were able to use them again. We noticed one board slightly elevated (it was a defective board, it wasn't the crews fault) and during a walkthrough after, Natalie reached out to her crew and we scheduled to have it replaced.
