Roof Job took too long but it was due to (1) ordering the wrong color drip edges, (2) acquisition by parent (Apple Roofing) was executed after 1/1/24 but permits were issued prior so they had to get re-licensed and re-permitted with the County, which created a delay they should have planned better for. The gutter job was quick and easy. Took one day and a half. Overall....Very pleased with the finished project - Roof & Gutters. Would recommend both services without reservation.

We hired Home Plus to do a complete roof replacement - we paid them $40,000 for a new roof and I've…read morebeen trying for months to get them to finish the job. They basically took old facials and soffits , bent them and shoved them under the gutter. I've spent 2 months calling and texting our sales rep, the Home Plus office, and have been told 5 times 'someone will be out this week, or tomorrow , etc to complete the job.' No one shows up and now they don't answer the phone. The roof job was a complete mess-every day workers were there I had to call the project manager (who surprisingly no longer works there), the sales rep and the office and ask them to please clean up the thousands of nails and debris all over the outside of the house. Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. We are now forced to hire an attorney to resolve this matter -it's been a total nightmare. Highly recommend NOT USING HOME PLUS ROOFING-they are scammers ! I'm worried someone will get hurt. Other than the roofers nails there was a small opening in a very tight corner of the ventilation planks underneath the roof, so an animal could've got in or bugs? But I didn't see anything so hopefully everything is good because I climbed up and closed it as best as I could. But anyways roof look great Brand Spank'n new and awesome!!!! I rate them as a 100% even though some small minor issues and an A+. Those workers are very hard workers and do great. The only thing I recommend it getting like a net or bucket catcher to put along the side of the roof so those nails don't fall to the ground and someone step on it and get hurt. All this was from damage done in Ian. From day 1, until completion, the men were so clean and careful about how they removed the old roof and installed the new one. They scanned for nails that may have come out in my yard twice! The roof passed through the county inspection first time and the inspector said they did "great work" and he had NEVER had any issues. In addition to the great work, the price was great also. No one beat their prices and more importantly they have been here in Lee County for 20+ years so you only have to call them if you have any issues. They were recommended to me by a friend that used them and I am passing on the same great recommendation.
