Rather than trying to do a 1/2 baked job, Josh let us know the situation. They referred us to someone who has a cherry picker and did a small portion of the roof from the ladder to figure out what mix of solution would work best for the referral. They took drone photos and passed those along as well. They then proceeded to do our gutters and driveway. When they were done they wouldn't accept any payment since they couldn't do the roof. Only downside, once the power wash was done it damaged the paint on my garage. Albert took money off the job to compensate. I have been calling painters and I have learned that if your builder does not seal your garage door paint , this may happen. You won't know till you power wash and I know Albert felt so bad as he apologized profusely. He could not have known this would have happened, nor could I. He even recommended painters to help me get the garage door fixed quickly and just texted me moments ago as he is still concerned about my customer experience. The house itself looks beautiful...
