I was the primary contact for all moving issues. We used a different company (not Clean Slate) to move from her old house TO the storage unit. They were "decent" but I felt a little used and abused by their add on charges after the fact. I started looking for a different mover when it was time to move from the storage unit to the new home. All communications were via text. Clean Slate did meet another movers price and since they had so many 5 star reviews, I decided to go with them. There was one problem, they showed up an hour late. I considered giving them 4 stars due to showing up late, but that issue was offset by the quality of the two young men that did our move. His tree crew, Angel and Brandon did a fantastic job trimming a very large maple tree in front of my house yesterday which was very impressive. Some very large limbs were hanging over my house and over a birch tree that I hoped could be spared any damage. These guys can fell branches exactly where they want from their bucket truck, tying off the limbs and gently lowering them with precision accuracy. I really like how my tree was trimmed without looking like it was topped off like so many companies do. They just thinned it out, leaving it's natural shape.
