I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. When ppl found out we were going to hire a mover they were like "that crazy! All that money just WASTED!! Well, they were WRONG!!! They were there to get their work done and get it done right! And they most certainly did exactly that!! I still hate moving. They made you feel comfortable and we talked and there was no awkwardness at all at having strangers move our stuff. If you're looking for a mover that will not only move your belongings but that also goes above and beyond. He noticed my sofa legs weren't attached properly he took out his drill and fixed it. Wow. I almost never write reviews. But these guys went so far above and beyond anything I expected, I want to shout it from the mountaintops. The best price of several quotes, no hidden charges, one day service, quick, efficient and super friendly. They are more professional than any national franchise or chain I've ever dealt with. I contacted several companies for my project. Most involved leaving a message, waiting for a call back from someone in another office who 'took' information I already provided and still saying they would have to work on the details and have someone else call me back. Even after I stressed that I was under a tight deadline, some didn't call back until the deadline passed. (A few actually advertised same-day service which is clearly not true when they don't even return your call in one day). I had a household that needed packed and moved quickly for an unexpected sale that happened before the property was even listed. I promised to have it cleared out in 2 days before I realized it may not be so easy to do that. Leondre' responded quickly, provided a flat rate quote (not a list of extra fees and surcharges), scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and flawlessly tackled a project that would have taken me forever- in just a few hours. When we spend hundreds of dollars a month in the wealthiest grocery/discount store in the world; sweating through their aisles while trying to maneuver past pallets blocking the path, then waiting in line for what seems like hours because they only have one of their 20+ lanes open- still doing the loading and bagging work ourselves- you have to wonder how a guy like Leondre' would improve customer service (and sales) if he were in charge of this international corporation. I wish all businesses operated like his and I will call him every time I need any of the many services his company provides. read more

I told Leondre and Dontay to get ready for another 5 star review... I sold my house in Louisville and am moving to New Albany. Another moving company came and loaded their truck, but they couldn't fit it all and they couldn't come back the next day. A frantic Yelp search found Leondre and a quick call later we had a contract for the next day. They showed up and had my house empty by 1:30. I couldn't go with them to our storage unit, but they got there and unloaded while I went to closing. We met up afterward and they showed me how they packed the unit and gave me the key to the lock. Moving is stressful, but they both had great attitudes and took extra care with our furniture, which may not be worth much, but is important to us. And if you have junk, they can get that, too! I had such a good experience with them that I will already be using them to empty our 3 storage units after we move. read more

Leondre Clark and his crew did an awesome job moving us from Louisville to Lexington. I do not have a negative thing to say about this company, so if you're thinking about hiring them - just do it! They moved us out of a 2,900 sq. ft. house with several very large furniture items and did it carefully and quickly. One of the most impressive things about this company is that Leondre is the owner and was there working alongside his crew for the entire job. He is an extremely competent, hard working, and professional person, as was the entire crew. After reading so many positive reviews we decided to hire Labor Loading Hauling Movers and they did not disappoint! Leondre was quick to respond with a quote and answered all of my questions. They also came early on moving day when I found out there was a festival on the exact block we were moving to so we could get in before it became crowded. The day of they showed up on time and were super friendly, quick, and careful with our things. They even took great care of the box with our beloved pets ashes. Leondre went the extra mile and disassembled and re-assembled our bed. Maurice and Darrell were also incredibly friendly and a joy to work with. We even have a future landscaper in Maurice! There are very few times when I ever feel compelled to write a review, and even fewer when I feel compelled to write a positive review, but the service that I received from Leondre and his team warrant it. They were able to pickup and deliver a custom couch and chair order from the store and deliver it to my apartment, same day. I had called 5 other delivery company's before reaching Leondre and all were either unavailable or wanted to charge an outrageous amount. Leondre was able to squeeze me in and the price was amazing! This is a very reliable and professional company. We hired them about a year ago for a short move, two doors down. They were very careful with our furniture. They were not bothered at all by our special requests. For example, they moved some furniture into the house, some things into a shed, and even put a piece of furniture I was giving to a friend into her truck. Best of all, they actually hauled away some broken items from our shed after the move. I could not find any other mover who would haul things away. That saved us from hiring separate junk remover in addition to a mover. read more

I had an emergency need for same-day weekend unloading. The owner personally assisted with the move and the two guys were able to knock it all out within an hour. They were professional, thoughtful, and super nice. Leondre & Maurice did an EXCELLENT job moving my 1 bedroom apartment! They were professional, on time, and easy to work/schedule with. Even though they are based out of Louisville they will come to southern Indiana. Great Local Business! Fair, honest and affordable. All the other big moving companies had minimums that didn't make sense for what we needed done. We used Labor Loading Hauling Moving and More to help us move across the street. They moved the heavy furniture, the washer/dryer, disassembled and reassembled the beds + then grabbed all they could as we had time left.
