Another horrible review to add to their list.Hired for weeding. They cut the lawn! Came back to weed ,not convinced they know what weeds look like because weeds continued to grow in all of the gardens.Were responsive at first to correcting the situation but never corrected it, weeds still there. Cost was expensive and when my concerns regarding the poor quality of work were discussed the response was that my expectations were too high and that I had signed the agreement and knew what I was paying for. Yes, I did, but my expectation was that at 89 dollars for weeding there would not be weeds left behind. We had already paid (6000) for mulching and I thought the first weeding was included in that. I was wrong weeds were under the mulch.When I chose to challenge the final bill, the manager did reduce the bill but it was minimal and would not negotiate any further and said since we were at an impasse she would forward the issue to a lawyer. I called the owner of the business Mr. Lehigh, he called back at 8 pm and I was out with friends, called him back in the morning and he deferred my call to the manager that I had been dealing with, she was curt and not so pleasant. That in itself tells me that his customer concerns are not a priority.No one wants to bring a trivial law suit , they are costly and take time away for more important things, neither which i was interested in pursuing . I paid the final bill very begrudgingly and disappointed in their approach to customer service.Will continue to write poor reviews and contact the BBB. read more

My family and I had a horrible company experience with Lehigh. They came out to my house and were extremely unprofessional during a walkway estimate. Long story short - we did NOT hire them, and went with someone else. At one time I wrote a long detailed review of my experience but Lehigh dismissed it and claimed it to be false. I can tell you all with 100% honesty the owner of Lehigh was the person who came to my home, and was the one who disrespected us - thus leading to them not being hired for the job. Word of warning: Landscaping upgrades to your home are considered CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS and are tax exempt. Do not let Lehigh claim that they need to charge you tax on a walkway etc... this is a SCAM! Do your research before hiring them. This was one of the main reasons why we did not hire Lehigh. When questioned tax listed on an estimate they became rattled and upset. Very shady! read more

Lehigh did a large paver patio in my back yard. Results are fantastic, guys were super reliable and honest. They made sure I understood the challenges and explained problems as they arose. They made what we wanted despite the challenges we had and we couldn't be happier. A patio is a more expensive undertaking then I had expected, but we couldn't be happier with the results! Without kids it was time to remove the pool. Lehigh came to remove the block that went around the pool fill in the hole and clean up the area. They ran a new block wall to meet the patio near the pool. Over all very good job. Start was late but got the job done in few days. It was made into a garden. Ok this was about a year ago. I called them back because some grass was not growing in some small areas. In 2 days a worker was there planting grass seed and checking to see what and why it did not grow. One phone call did it, grass is now looking better garden looks good, happy wife happy life. Thanks for a good job and quick response to my grass problem. read more

My husband hired this company. They dont pick up grass clipping sooo if there was any weeds on grass now I have a million of them. They don't cut short enough so within days it's up to my ankles again and we have asked if the could cut it shorter but they said that's a good length maybe for them but not for me. When they blow the grass clippings aren't they supposed to blow it out of the rock garden and not in? I complained so many times it continues happening. I have grass growing all in all my rock gardens now. I never had to worry about that until now. I'm tired of paying for a company that when they leave I have to clean up after them. Then we asked to put down weed killer they put it down on grass but what they use do not kill the weeds I have in my yard so it's just like spraying water on the weeds. I had to go a by preen and put in in my rock gardens so any clippings they blow into my gardens don't grow. I had to spend 60 extra dollars on preen on top of for the summer service 2500. 00 the they are changing us. Yes you read correctly. read more

Was a customer under a year before cancelling all services with them. The short story is they don't schedule or communicate well. For more detail on my experience with them, read below: * After pre-paying lawn care for the year, I had to call them 3 times for them to successfully get me on their schedule. * They attempted to bill me after each round of service, even though I pre-paid. They sent letters and called me asking for money for services I already paid for. * They never came when their recorded calls said they would, making it very difficult to plan for them. * Got aeration/overseeding in the fall. Again, had to call them to get on the schedule after paying. No notice for when they were going to come, they just showed up one day. * I got a quote from them for grading and installing a new lawn on a portion of my property early in the spring. I was advised by them it's best to do this type of work in the fall. Fall time comes and wanted to move forward, they say they'll do it and take my deposit. 5 weeks of back and forth, them providing no scheduling information but assuring me they will get it done before winter. On week 5 they do cut down some brush and spray to kill the weeds in prep for the bulldozer. 3 days later they call and say they think it's best to wait for the spring, and will give me my deposit back minus the work they already did. This is after they told me to do it in the fall on multiple occasions, and just after they just started the work. Expression of my dissatisfaction resulted in me getting yelled at by the owner. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience, mostly due to their lack of communication and not being realistic with their time and resources. read more

Lehigh Landscaping recently undertook the job of reseeding three small areas of grass at the front of my house and the result was not to my satisfaction. My problem with the person I dealt with during the whole process (and ultimately, in a phone conversation, with the owner) was the inadequacy of their Customer Service - late appointments, failing to pick up calls and ultimately blaming me for their shortcomings. While they offered to re-do the job in the fall, I declined in case it was a repeat performance, so I will have wasted my $500 on this mess. Anyone know any good pavers?! June, 2014 read more

This business has become so large that they only want to service commercial buisnesses and could care less about satisfying ordinary homeowners. They have become so concerned pleasing large chains and Industry that they forgot that it was a little individual customers that made them what they are today. Their customer service is lacking the Personal Touch needed to be a great success. I recently made an appointment and was told that they are so busy that they wouldn't be able to see me for one week. I scheduled the appointment, took a day off of work to wait for an estimate, and when the time came and went I called to question why my appointment wasn't met or why I did not receive a call letting me know that there would be a delay. I was told by a girl that she would look into the matter and call me back. I called her back after three and a half hours and she put me on hold so that she could go and find out what was happening. She never returned and after 18 minutes on hold I simply hang up the phone. I now I'm looking for another contractor to do work at my home. I would not recommend Lehigh Landscaping to anyone based on the initial poor customer service that I experience. Deeply Disappointed read more
