I've had some follow-up questions and Rayne-Storm took care of everything even after all work was done. They also were very patient when dealing with waiting on my insurance company for the numerous checks that had to be signed by them and my mortgage company. Installation of the new roof was FAST; right around 2.5 days. They also had employees to take care of the interior drywall damage from the previous roof, and that work was done the day after I made the phone call. We are still sitting with no sliding glass door, no side door, no screen door, no shutters, no outlets and vents replaced, and windows that are needed uninstalled and reinstalled correctly per a Pella premium installers, along with the new siding that will need painted due to damaged pieces being installed and nails being covered with colored cocking. This is per the James Hardie company after sending pictures. This all started because I had a leak in my roof and I contacted this company to do a brand new roof and was sold on windows and siding. With the rain we have received the last few weeks, you can hear raindrops coming in around my chimney where the original leak started. After another roofing company came to my home last week to see why I was hearing water dripping behind my fireplace when raining, we were informed and shown pictures that my roof was not properly installed! I am obviously not a roofer and I thought at least the roof (which I have paid for in full) was probably done correctly to now be informed that it also was not done properly and now literally every part of this job has to be redone!!! Per our contract, we are to have mitigation before any legal action can be taken! So how is it a company with this stipulation is able to just walk away from a job because it is just too much to correct and make right?!? There is a reason this company has shut down the Lees Summit location and is only practicing out of Warrensburg Missouri! And how long until they are shut down in Warrensburg? I have never placed a bad review for any company until this has happened with Integrity Roofing, Siding and Windows!!! We were fortunate to find Amerispec through our realtor referral, and because coincidentally this inspector (Garrison) had actually been to this particular house a week before. It worked out well that he had been there and had the other buyer back out so we could ask him anything about what he found and really dig into it. Garrison was quick to get to work, to double check everything and make recommendations of all kinds. While we love the house, we tried to keep an objective mind and waited for any huge red flags. Luckily, despite the age of this house, Garrison gave us a report back that didn't give us any cause for alarm and we're closing later this month. He was very helpful, very thorough, and well priced. Oh and guess what? RIGHT ON TIME! That's big for me, and he was as punctual as he could be. Our roofing contractor/inspector on the other hand showed up two hours late. Our realtor gave us a few recommendations and they had the best Yelp reviews so we went with them. Glad we did! Nate does a nice job talking you through everything in the inspection process, and you can tell he knows about customer service. Sometimes the inspectors can be a little gruff, or maybe too direct. Nate's so personable and honest, it's a refreshing change of pace. They are also very thorough and cover top to bottom. This inspection ran us a bit more than one in the past, but that's because we added chimney and sewer specialists to it, so all in all it worked out to be about average in cost. Apparently they're very responsive as well, which is good because I have a few questions after digging into some details. Assuming the best and rounding up here based on prior communications. I'd recommend them and will with for them again down the road.

As soon as they were gone, our family room ceiling opened up and gallons of water poured in. The roofing company agreed to replace the flat roof but they did a sloppy job. I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. If we have to replace our roof, we'll definitely use Easton and if anyone needs a roof replacement or repair, I highly recommend them. They've earned those 5 star reviews.
