My experience is just limited to the drive-through, so I really can't comment on how nice or not that the inside is. I had a simple order, two coffees, and the person who took my order via the loudspeaker at the drive through started it off well. I then had a couple questions and a little trouble navigating their menu, and although she didn't say anything rude, the sudden loss of patience was palpable in her voice. This happened early in the morning, and that's set the mood for the rest of my morning. It's bad enough having to navigate all the choices in coffeehouses, going through sizes that are named after I don't know what, but when you get exasperation from the Barista, and you're paying $4.60 for a medium cup of coffee, it's icing on the cake that I would just rather do without. This morning I walked in and I was not greeted they were only dealing with drive-through customers never acknowledged a polite hello sir will get with you in one second was never done I waited 15 minutes and that once was I greeted by any employee and they had two. I will never go there again horrible service!!! read more

Love this location when I'm in town. The traffic can be a bit unnerving getting in and out. Glad they put one here. The staff is really cheerful in the morning. read more

This CC's is one of the nicest coffee houses around. I visit this one several times a week and I'm never disappointed. The pastries are excellent as is the coffee. The store is always immaculate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nothing but positives here Update: A few weeks have passed. I've been a regular here (several times a week). The staff is beyond excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Everyone works to make your experience a great one. The food and drink offerings are excellent as well. And the store, including bathrooms, is immaculate. Best coffee in the world with the worst service. Asked questions to the barista and she was aggravated that I bothered here. I've been to many of the CC's in and around Baton Rouge and always had great experiences. I will never come back to this one. read more

Nothing like walking into an establishment with no one working. Two very nice people sitting down working on school let me know the lady left and they have no clue where she went. I waited for a good while, and got to the point where it wasn't worth the coffee. Not a good look for a company to not have a worker available at all times. Craving this coffee daily lately. I grew up on community coffee and my youthful tastebuds are back! The place is in a very nice spot...not to heavy with traffic. If I could ask for anything it would be a comfy couch. Also, more selections of mugs to buy and more peach tea to buy. Love love the coffee cake and my mom's favorite is the banana nut bread muffin. Don't ask for a special made coffee at CC's, the manager there is so rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. I asked for a soy latte made on the almond frother oh you would think I asked her to commit a crime, rude yelled at me and thisbisbafter the last 2 days of trying to get the same coffee. Won't be going back there for sure, I guess I will just make my own coffee. I can't even select a rating, it's beyond horrible!!!! read more
