I took my daughter's 2001 Toyota Corolla for front end damage to Ivan, who was a very friendly guy. After a couple of weeks, my daughter received her car back. The car started having issues with the headlights. I then dropped off the vehicle for another week. Ivan wanted to charge me $150 on top of $3000 which contradicts his initial quote of just $3000 and should've included the headlights. It gets me pretty upset when people try to take advantage. I will not be bringing my car here and I also do not recommend others to bring their car here. read more

First advice. Use your GPS because you may miss it. 2nd advice, get your insurance preferred shop to give you an estimate, and let Ivan work on your car. I have used Ivan twice. He is really easy to work with. Sometimes, his schedule could get hectic, but we worked around it because I like his quality work. The paint job was done beautifully as you could not even tell. Hollow, Everyone! I though my car would look like a new one just like the picutres you guys posted here. My two years old car needed some wash, clay, polish and wax services to make it look like brand new again, typical services, right? After the job done, to my surprise, I spotted Holograms all over my car in the areas where the polish step was applied. Ivan told me it will go away wash after wash. I suggested he fix it right away via paint correction but he refused. Later, he explained, it would cost more than what I originally paid him for the job he performed. But after one and half year, holograms are still there. I wonder how many years more will take them to be completely removed. If I would only ask Ivan to remove dents like the most good reviews came from, my car would have been fine; however, my car needed to have dents in the first place to begin with.... Been going to CCS since they were in San Gabriel. The first major work that was done was on my Honda Oddysey. An interior clean that made it look like it was brand new again! My kid used markers to draw on the cloth material on the ceiling of the minivan but Ivan and his guys made it all disappear. I was really amazed. Now on to my brand BMW 550i...had some front end corner bumper damage that was such an eye sore. Took it to CCS's new location in El Monte, left my car there overnight and Ivan took care of it. The damage is completely gone like it never happened. It's so smooth and the paint job is so clean...my hubby and I are totally impressed with the work and the price is reasonable too. First of all, the work quality is inconsistent. But this Ivan guy is rude, arrogant and obnoxious. He think he's doing the you, customer a favor by working on their cars. Such insolence ( contemptuous) attitude! I had a 2007 Porsche 911s Conv. Similar to another post here, he initially promised he can do it and then half way of the process fail... miserably and argued that it was not possible ( the scratch is too deep.) Worst I was threatened to pay the full price of work nonetheless or he won't release the car. If I had time, I would have file a small claim court against him for fraud. You can find better vendor with more friendly attitude elsewhere for a bit less. Avoid this nightmare shop! read more

If you are looking for top notch work not found at your normal car wash places, this is the place to go. A body shop like this is really the best place to go to for a full wax/polish or cosmetic work as they use professional grade materials and workmanship normally not found at a high volume car wash. You can really tell Ivan and his team put their workmanship on the line when they polish cars, the level of detail and gloss is really top notch. The place is a large secure location that is great in case you need to leave your car there so that he and his team could provide detailed work, if necessary. I'm very picky about who touches my vehicles, and I have absolutely no problem with him suggesting the work and putting it in his hands. If you are reading this and trying to decide on who to take it to, rest assured you'll be taken care of. Woohoo, it is truly as good as it gets!!! Ivan and his team at CCS Collision is the best. It is truly white glove service. Recently when my husband bumped his Mercedes and drilled this pretty good sized hole in his back bumper Ivan and his team did an impressive job in fixing it. They did such a perfect color match that we could not tell where the original hole was. What was even more convenient was if you pay for the Lyft charge, they will come and pick up your car and bring it to their shop to do the job and then deliver at your door after completion. This is probably the best place to get your car waxed for that clean glossy finish hands down! I took my 2017 Honda Accord Sport to get waxed since it was kinda dirty and had water marks and once they were finished man did it look good!! Fresh out the show room clean they had it done in an hour and a half so it was very fast! last but not least the customer service was just phenomenal!! I've brought my cars here for car washes and detailing for some time, but it was the first time I brought my car here for paint job/repair. At first I was a bit skeptical, because I am extremely picky about color matching. Even a shade off would throw me into a fit. Ivory pearl isn't exactly the easiest paint to match, either. The rear quarter panels were in really bad shape though, and I was looking for a good deal, so I rolled the dice. Turns out there was nothing to worry about! The color match was great, and the crew at CCS applied their know-how on car care to make my car shine like new, something I thought impossible without a full repaint. Very Pleased with Quality of Dent and Bumper damage repair. I chose Not to include "painting" in the repair (although Ivan's quote including paint was Very Reasonable). Dent was completely removed and bumper was"buffed" to a smooth finish. Visibly, I could see that if I had chosen to have repair painted it would have looked "like new".
