The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.

First of all, when I went in for a standard alignment, he told me my alignment was perfect other than needing rear control arms to fix rear camber issues known on Teslas. He promised that with this new rear control arm installation and alignment, he would have 3x my potential tire life! Sounds amazing, right? I at first was weary of this suggestion and initially declined his offer, but after doing research and confirming it was a good suggestion, I book him for an appointment and was excited to have him work on my car. He quoted me 2-3 hours of labor. I arrived, but he takes in my car and FINISHES the entire rear control arm installation and full wheel alignment in just over an hour. How did he out do his own estimate of 2-3 hours of labor? Maybe he was pissed off and decided to do subpar installation and alignment? When he finishes my car, he tells me he is upset/angry with me for not knowing any better that he is a "stand up guy" and that I was wrong for doubting his "professional suggestions!" He then had me listen to how he only looks out for all his customers. If that were the case, then my new alignment should be spot on, right?? Am I not allowed to have any kind of doubt when meeting this guy whom I don't know anything about? I can't read peoples minds and know that he meant the best for me! What the hell is going on?? Is this all a joke? Customers can't be transparent and honest about initially declining a suggested fix and change their mind later? Is this still America? After his insanely quick rear camber arm and full alignment were completed in just over an hour, I looked over the spec sheet and ask Ai to summarize his service. Ai tells me my toe and rear camber are still off, similar to have not having anything adjusted! When contacting him via text, and ask whether or not his work will prove to give me 3x the tire life he promised, he ignores my question and just states, "Anything outside of factory specs would be technically be custom specs." I DON'T THINK SO, PLAYER. I then told him, "It isn't a custom alignment, it is "Ideal alignment" and he still ignores my questions and says, "it would be a custom aligment because it's not what factory recommends." NOPE, YOU TOLD ME YOU WOULD 3X MY TIRE LIFE, BUT DRIVING MY CAR FEELS ABSOLUTELY WRONG AFTER LEAVING HIS SHOP!
