The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.

He is very helpful and understanding. Things were tough after Eaton Fire and he is one of few that truly cared to help out. I was going to only fix the most problematic wheel but he offered to help with wheel with the minor issue as well. I bought brand new tires for my X3 but unfortunately the tire shop chipped one of my rims…read more Fortunately I had talked to Wheel Cosmo before and when the tire shop said they could get it fixed, I insisted on having it fixed by Raffi and Wheel Cosmo. Fortunately the tire shop knows Raffi, and obliged. Before I made the final decision, I contacted BMW and they also recommended Wheel Cosmo to fix my rim. This gave me 100% confidence that my wheel would be fixed properly. Raffi & his team CNC machine rims to fix them, and then balance & mount them so the tire wear is as even as possible. This was a big concern of mine because, to my understanding, the mobile wheel repair services do NOT do this. My rim came out looking brand new & I couldn't be happier with the results! I have some rims on my '03 530i that I'll be bringing by soon to get resurfaced.

Was watching the screen only one wheel was green the other were red. He got stuck on the control arms and said i had to cut my subframe so he can adjust the arm. Said he couldn't do it put the car down and then proceeded to tell me that i could just undo the control arm and fix it. Like wasn't that your job ? AND THEN still charges me full price... insane and then to add the cherry on top he says when you come back I'll only charge you to fix the camber .. bro that's an alignment .. probably won't come back unless i get someone who's certified can help me out.

The team took the time to go over my setup, answered my questions, and gave me some helpful advice without trying to sell me things I didn't need. The whole process was smooth and professional. The car drives exactly how I wanted it to. Steering feels sharper, the alignment is spot on, and you can tell they pay attention to the details. It's nice to find a shop that actually cares about getting it right. Definitely a 5-star experience. My wallet is a little lighter, but at least now the car goes straight... until I tell it not to. I first stumbled upon Impex when I brought in my recently purchased Supra in for an alignment. As Harry was working on it, he had noticed the arms were slightly bent from a previous owner, and would result in being unable align to spec. He walked through the issues found with me and provided detailed paperwork to show to the original dealership which resulted in them repairing under warranty the next day. Diagnostic spot on. Not only that, he voided the cost of alignment due to damages by seller and did not charge for the diagnostic. Fast forward a few years later and that level of honest and detailed work has not missed a beat. Every time there is a potential underlying issue that can disrupt the job or come back to bite customers in the behind in the future, they will not hesitate to inform customers of it prior to doing work. I will continue referring them to friends/family and coming here myself if I ever need work done to my vehicles beyond my control. They are one of the few honest shops around!

I did a diagnosis a few days prior and received a call back once the parts were delivered. They upgraded my headlights at the same rate, if not better, than when I purchased them from 2022. They installed custom fog lights for my Scion a while back as well. When I had issues, they always honored any warranty and fit me into their schedule within the same day. If I'm doing a service at Toyota and ask for proof of the old car part on the work order, it's unlikely they'll save the removed piece. At Impex Motorsports, Harry saved the removed parts without my request. Harry and Ken demonstrate integrity and honesty which are the reasons I keep coming back.
