This review is long overdue. Although this car wash place is a bit far for me, but since it opens early. I usually come when I am in a hurry. The employees here are friendly and the wash provide a great value. Although it is a self serve wash, there was always an employee there at the entrance to greet you and help me to process the payment. It makes the pay and car wash process more enjoyable. read more

I've been coming with my car for years and twice with my sports car, it does a great quick wash but i notice sometimes even when you get the platinum wash there is nothing coming out of some of the labeled sprayers at the end. The pricing is not bad but i was thinking maybe if I go weekly then it would be worth the subscription. Today I went with my race car and the mirrors got moved, they were nice to push them back to normal. My sister had a bad experience where the spinning rags took off her passenger side mirror completely. I still go because it's a very quick wash and I don't have to detail them myself especially on a hot 102 degree day like today. read more

We recently moved to the area and I've been to the Bellagio Express Carwash a few times. My experience has been mixed. THE GOOD: Conveniently located. Several wash tiers to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Wash does a fairly decent -- but not great -- job. THE NOT-SO-GOOD: Parking for drying off and vacuums is very limited. It's challenging getting in and out since the site is severely space-constrained. There's a heavyset woman with short hair who works there who's very unfriendly. She scowls at customers and appears to genuinely dislike her job. The first time I visited she was working the payment area and was extremely gruff and unpleasant. When I returned earlier this week, she was working the car wash entrance. Upon entering the wash, I put my car in neutral, took my hands off the steering wheel, and took my foot off the brake. My car began moving forward and she started screaming, "I told you to put it in neutral!" I checked and my car WAS in neutral, so I put my foot on the brake so my car wouldn't continue moving forward. She then yelled, "Now you're pressing the brake! What are you doing?" I calmly explained to her that I had followed all instructions, my car was in neutral, and I'd only stepped on the brake because she began screaming at me. I understand and appreciate that it's likely not the most engaging or rewarding job. That said, if you can't smile, be friendly, and interact with people in a calm, professional manner, you shouldn't be the face of the business. This same person has been there all three times I've gone and she's extremely unhappy and unpleasant. C'mon, Bellagio. You know who this person is, you know she's there scowling at customers, and you know she doesn't reflect well on your business. There are LOTS of people looking for work who can be kind, helpful, friendly, and professional. Don't let this person continue to chase off your customers! read more

They have their on and off days but lately they haven't been very punctual when they open. Sometimes they'll be opening 10-15min late so cars would start lining up behind each other and customers get impatient while the morning crew will be dragging. read more

Two months ago, the car wash machine at Bellagio Express Car Wash broke and damaged my windshield wiper. I reported it immediately, spoke with the manager, and followed their requested claim process by filling out forms and submitting photo evidence. After weeks of hearing nothing, I called the corporate office myself, only to be told they never received the manager's written report. So I had to resubmit everything AGAIN -- photos, forms, and details. The general manager later called me and asked me to go to the dealership first to see whether the repair could be covered under warranty. He also mentioned they could maybe provide one month of free car wash service, but offered no actual solution or compensation at that time. What frustrated me even more was that he partly blamed me, saying the damage happened because I did not use the tape their employee offered to secure the wiper. A customer should not be responsible for preventing damage caused by the car wash equipment. I followed his instructions, went to the dealership, and confirmed the repair is NOT covered under warranty and must be paid out of pocket. I obtained the repair quote and sent it to corporate again. I also called multiple times and left messages for the general manager asking for a callback. It has now been TWO MONTHS with no resolution, no follow-up, and no returned phone calls. Very disappointing customer service and claim handling. I will continue contacting corporate until this issue is properly addressed. read more

I love coming here for a quick wash and vacuum. Located on a the corner of Santa Anita and Live Oak. All you have to do is drive up to pick your selection. There's always someone there to help if you are short like me and can barely reach the screen. There are 3 tiers: basic $11, gold $15 (I go with this one bc it includes rainx and rainbow wax) and platinum $19. They do sell towels and extra add ons. This drive through carwash is fun for the whole family. It does get busy during peak hours so plan accordingly. read more

9/7/2025 12:30pm. Paid $15 for "gold" car wash but I think the employee's response was more gold lol. My car was not dirty to start with, just a little dusty. The washing process took about 5-7 minutes max, including drying. Unfortunately, it wasn't that clean, i'm a bit dissatisfied. An employee saw me talking picture and came over and I thought he might have a solution for me. I told him my rear windshield and bumper area is not cleaned. He responded "maybe you buy the $19.99 platinum then it will be cleaned ". I'm like wow, how can I communicate with a person's brain function like this lol. I noticed that some of the lower star reviews involved incidents or other issues that are not common to me when I use the car wash services. I kid you not when I say I don't want to spend a lot on washing my car! I have a toddler who is messy and my parking garage has trees that splatter so much pollen! I tend to try to wash at least once a week and only vacuum when it's not busy. Before, this was like 7$ which is super cheap. But it has since increased to 10$ which is still better! I live near a car wash by hand service and it's roughly 29.99$ (I think that's their Tuesday deal?). Deep cleaning might be a last resort for me if my car is really dirty in the inside. Instead of deep cleaning, I bought this place's monthly membership for BASIC wash which is 29.99$ and of course you get to vacuum for 5minutes after. I've been satisfied so far and my car still gets dirty but not to the point it looked neglected. When it's not busy, I've seen people vacuum much longer and they tend to only check on you if they have staff walking around. When it's busy, they will track your timing because the other cars are coming out of the machine and they want to vacuum too! So be mindful and don't think that you can "deep clean" inside your car at this place. It's an express wash, so you should go in and out in less than 15minutes! read more

I'm really disappointed. I hardly wash my car a few times a month, so the monthly fee just isn't worth it. All summer and before, they used to close really early, and unless you came around 7-8 a.m., it was too hot with no shade to dry your car properly. It honestly felt like they designed it that way just to make you leave fast. They finally extended the hours recently, but last month I submitted a written request to cancel my membership, and they still charged me again this month. I feel embarrassed for even recommending this place to my friends. A business that keeps charging people after cancellation shouldn't be open. I've talked to the manager, but they kept making excuses and still haven't refunded me. Totally not worth wasting time here. Other new express car washes charge only $15-20 a month. On August 1, 2025, at approximately 5:00 PM, while I was at this car wash with my vehicle was in neutral, my vehicle unexpectedly rolled forward and struck the car in front of me. I was completely shocked by the incident, as I have no idea how or why it happened. Immediately after the collision, I informed the staff member in charge. I asked him how such a situation could occur and whether it might have been caused by the car wash system. Later on many of the expert told me, it is from the car wash system. I also requested contact information of the owner. Unfortunately, the staff member was extremely discourteous and unprofessional. I sent an email to them but never got a response back. I think people's reviews about the car wash itself up here are pretty true, except I DIDN'T run into rude employees. I'll say this is a ok pit stop if your car needs a quick wash, it's relatively cheap price but I do see some residue and some very thin scratches marks...which wasn't great to see...so...I guess it's a bit "at your own risk" type of decision here. Vacuum station worked fine for me and no body rushed me, which was nice so I can clean my car interior at my own pace. read more

I go to this car wash once a week.This morning around 9 :30am,I was cleaning my car in the vacuuming spot, the space is not even packed.There is soap left on the side door so I have to use vacuuming head to clean it.The employee stand in the area told me I am only allowed to vacuum inside the car with very rude attitude.Then he stand close and watch me do the vacumm that makes me very uncomfortable.Hopefully,the owner of the business will see this review and understand what happened.No matter if they try to push customers leave fast or raise the $2 towel sales,That is totally unacceptable with their ugly attitude.I don't write review very often,but this time your employee really pissed me off. read more
