Instead of being a man and doing his due diligence in handling his responsibilities in this matter. He has gone to any length to ignore our requests and concerns, and manipulate the truth in order to relieve himself of any responsibility. He has been reluctant in returning my property to me. I have made several requests in the form of text messages for which he says he has not received. I have politely gone to his office to ask for my belongings back in person. He has given me the runaround leaving me no choice but to file a police report. When mentioning that to him he turned hostile on me getting in my face and saying be my guest call the police in fact I'm going to call 911 now those were his words. 911 calls are meant for life-threatening emergencies this is neither life-threatening or an emergency. During the call he lies to the dispatch operator saying I threatened him. I was then speaking loudly trying to be heard by the 911 operators recording asking him how I threatened him. He had no response to that question because there was no threat. He then tells me that he will terminate this call if I leave, which I was in the process of doing anyway. I come to find out that that was just another lie in his long list of them because he didn't end the call, but tried to make a police report and said I fled the scene knowing the cops were coming. As unbelievable as I found this to be I went to the police station to tell them of the situation. I spoke with the police officer who came to his call and he said he didn't file any report because he could tell that Ron was a liar. He also informed me of many other untruths that Ron brought to his attention. This situation could have easily been handled and behind us if only Ron were a man let alone a good human being. I write this hoping people will read it and think twice before entering business contract with Ron Stark. This man lies so much he can't even see straight. Fabricating anything and everything that comes out of his mouth. This poor excuse for a man is shameless, has no respect for himself let alone anyone else. His whole life is a lie pretending to be a straight man he's really a closet homosexual who doesn't realize that people can see through his facade of a life. After rejecting his several advances towards me he retaliated by not providing a CLEAN and safe environment. He ignored our several requests for him to live up to his obligations as a host. Rats, and insect infested dirty carpet are just a couple examples of what we're asked of him to address. His arrogance in addressing these matters was unbelievable as displayed in substandard living environment he provided. Just because he's a dirty slob he thinks that's how other people live. Unfortunately for him not the case as he's clueless to what good hygiene is and CLUELESS to the laws in the state of California regarding Cannabis. FYI: Not giving people there property back is considered stealing and is illegal anywhere.

I had to rewrite most if not all of the subpages as the content was either incorrect or missed the mark completely. After over a year with them and not having a SINGLE patient refer to the website as a reason how they found us or why they chose us, it was time to go separate ways. However, not before I had to pay them over $15000 more to get out of our auto-renewing contract. Be careful when signing agreements with them and be ready to do most of the leg work.

As a former client of firm Media, I am posting my experience with them -- which they will probably…read moretry to take down. I was under contract with them before,during,and after the pandemic when just four months before the end of our contract term ending, I discovered they had not even started to begin fulfilling certain projects or items of our contract that I had been paying on for almost 2 years. There is no value in paying for digital marketing services over almost two years and finally getting it done in the last moment!. I decided I was tricked. I felt they broke our contract by not providing the services they were contracted to do. I paid them for all of the services they did, but not a penny more. They sued me for breaking our contract when I felt they broke it. They took down my website. So lesson number one: do not let anyone control the login credentials of your website or the hosting of your site- you may never get them back and all the money you gave anyone to develop your site might be lost! The arbitrator initially ruled in my favor but changed his mind with his final judgement. . In spite of all the things they did or did not due, he felt I broke the contract. I believe he wanted to allow them to continue to the end of my contract, regardless of the quality of that last minute service. It was a very expensive judgement not only financially but in everything else that I Iost. I must also comment on the quality of the work they did do for me. It was acceptable. Some things they did a good job, like keeping me at or near the top of the organic listings, but other things were sub-par, like their posts on social media. So ultimately, was working with Firm media a good value for me? I would unequivocally say, Hell No. If there was a minus 5 Star rating, they would get that from me. Simply put, they should have done the right thing by me and with everyone they do business with. That was not my experience. So lesson number 2: Stay away from Firm Media or make sure they do what they promised to do in your contract.
