I checked in a few weeks ago to fix my Chromebook and Hung was such a great Customer Service Representative as always! The Office was super organized with a courteously chic waiting area designed to help me get settled in peacefully. Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy. Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. A few hours later I received wonderful news that there was nothing wrong with my Chromebook at all and the battery just needed extra charging! My HP PC, Win 11 wouldn't kick over and found out that the recent surge in the area caused the problem. My laptop battery and usb-c ports were fried on my 2021 M1 MacBook Pro. Because of this, I could not charge or backup my laptop. I went to Best Buy and Apple to get my laptop fixed but they would only inspect it if I sign a waiver saying they'd wipe my laptop. Both could not help me recover my data and were not helpful. A man at Best Buy recommended ITC to me. Hong helped me out!! He extracted my data and even gave me a free 100GB HD. The service was quick and fairly priced. Hong was kind and very helpful. After some research I decided to take my gaming PC to ITC. My PC was giving me some serious issues, CTD's and back to back BSOD's. I couldn't figure out the issue. I was helped by Hong who was very nice and attentive. I received a couple phone calls and updates. The PC was ready to be picked up the next following day. #15 for 2023 I've come here twice now for different problems I've had. Frank has shown great customer service and very knowledgeable. I would call over the phone to state my problem so he knows what the situation is. I would let him how I tried to resolve the problem but to no avail. He offerred other solutions to try that didn't work either. At that point we decided to bring the equipment in for him to physically take a look. Owner-operator Frank of ITC Technology Solution is the best! Frank has completed a few networking projects for me within the past several months, and his quality of work was outstanding. First, Frank is very responsive. He responds quickly to texts and telephone call; even when he is out of town. It is clear he truly appreciates his customers. Frank also goes above and beyond. Most recently, he was present at my house when a delivery arrived. He and I noticed the delivery person was having trouble carrying an item. We (including Frank) jumped into action to prevent the worker from being injured and to prevent damage to the residence. Regarding his computer services, he uses high quality components, develops neat component organizing systems, and ensures all systems are working properly before he departs. My gaming laptop (Alienware) crapped out on me. The tech took one day to evaluate the situation. The morning that he evaluated my computer I received a friendly phone call and was told the mother board was fried. Nothing can be done. Sad news. I asked for him to transfer my data to a flash drive and quoted me $75. I tried to bargain, but to no avail, they were not budging on their pricing. I believe that deserves negative one star. I have a LED light strip receiver that needed resoldering. The contacts for the power chip were not making contact with the main chip. Needless to say, this was the first place I called. I explained to the gentleman my situation and asked for a quote. He told me to stop by the shop so that he can give me a better quote. I stopped by the shop and was greeted by the same gentleman I spoke to over the phone. I gave him my LED receiver chip, he inspected it quickly, and told me that he could resolder the contacts. Once the job was done, he showed me the resoldering he did. To my surprise, when I asked how much he would charge, he told me no charge.
