I received a really nice watch for Christmas, but it was purchased online. Usually I just get my watches resized where I purchase them, but since it was an online purchase, I had to find a jewler. I checked my trusty Yelp app and found this place to be the closest place. I had to subtract a star for one reason only. I worked a night shift and decided to stay up and go at their posted hours which said they open at 10. I wasn't the only customer waiting either. They ended up opening their doors at 11. Their friendly customer service and fair prices more than made up for my one complaint. It was an expensive watch so I wanted to make sure my item would be handled with care and it was. I was told to come back in a few hours for my watch, and like he said, it was ready on time. It fit perfectly and he placed the extra links in a tiny baggy for safe keeping. My visit here was very nice, I'm writing this review in great recommendations for CCs Jewelry. The store is family-owned by the husband and wife. I mentioned to the wife that I am a first time buyer, looking for something that fits my budget. She referred me to the ones that were previously owned and mentioned that she would clean it and make it look brand new. Two necklaces caught my eye and the lady that was helping me took her time and was patient with me flipping back and forth between my selection. She cleaned both pieces and left me by myself to look at it. She also mentioned the type of jewelry I was buying. After selecting one of them, I did a quick google search later and actually found the piece online. Her price matched the online and was even reduced by roughly 5%. Definitely a good deal. The repair was done properly and correctly for a reasonable price. However, there are some questionable practices that appear they cannot be trusted with your jewelry. 1) The claim receipt has no information on it. No business name, no address, no phone number to call. So if you stick this in your wallet and cannot remember what it was for, your screwed. 2) I was a week late in picking up my merchandise. I never got a phone call saying the repair was ready. 3) the only information on the claim receipt says they are not repsonsible for your merchandise after 60 days. read more
