I called before going over and asked what they would pay for my PCGS graded Morgan's and a gold panda and was told one thing on the phone but when I showed up the old heavy set guy (who I think is the owner) didn't want to honor the offer I was given, earlier that day. Talk about sleazy bait and switch tactics. If you can't honor your word then don't expect my business. Pays less than spot for silver rounds while most places give you a dollar over spot the offered a dollar under... Very rude lady behind tge desk got mad when I asked why she was paying that price. Horrible place to sell anything I am a young African-American and I felt racially profiled immediately walking into this establishment, my grandmother passed away, and I was passed down a lot of things I don't see necessary to have and I'm also preparing to start my daughters Roth IRA account and was hoping to make some extra cash to start it up. Have frequented this Bullion shop for years. Very nice, neat, interesting shop. I typically purchase gold or silver. They will order things for you if you need something not in stock. I have two young boys. Suffice it to say, not all stores are ok with kids. I love the staff has always explained stuff to my kids about the different coins and currency. Emailed my list of gold, silver, commemorative and other coins all graded mostly MS/PF 69-70. Never heard from them so I called and immediately the person who answered the phone recalled my list but began to disparage all of them (without apologizing for not calling) as cheap or difficult to sell without even looking them up. For each coin he wanted to offer below melt (based on the numbers he quoted) or "just a few dollars." I can bet if I were to go there to buy something they would be asking way more than melt and more than a few dollars! Typical dealer which is why everyone has turned to online sources. Interestingly I bought a coin from them recently and it was a silver commemorative which they wanted and were paid significantly more that he said my commemoratives were worth (quote "a few dollars"). These guys all advertise that sellers and buyers should deal with them because they are local, pay immediately, and are trustworthy. Personally I'd rather deal with a pawn shop because you at least know what you are getting. read more

This is the most honest and well stocked coin dealer in the area! I was selling coins to them and we were working out the math and they made an offer which I accepted. They gave me cash and I left. Later that day I started doing the math of the coins in my head and realized that they owed me a little bit more money potentially. I started to feel really stupid and debated whether to even go back because maybe I did the math wrong or, it was a cash deal so they don't really owe me anything. They could have easily said no I'm sorry can't help you. But when I went back I asked if they remembered me from the other day and they said they did with out prompting from me they said that they owed me something because they had forgotten to pay me for one of the coins. Honestly like that is hard to come by and greatly appreciated. From now on all of my coins come from Williams. read more
