Diamonds From You had great ratings but never returned my messages for an appointment and were not open when I drove all the way out there. Hooray for Diamond Buyers & Exchange! The lady answered quickly and set up an immediate appointment for appraisal and purchase. The building is VERY safe and professional, in that I had to show my TDL just to enter. The store is located on the 5th floor with an attractive glass front and we were buzzed in and appraised without delay. It was all very professional and I was given a very fair sum for my loose diamond. There were several display cases of beautiful jewelry to look at along with settings while I waited. A++ highly recommend this business if you're left with a broken heart and a meaningless bit of jewelry.

The clock's movement hadn't been serviced in over 116 years according to the 2 November 1910 inscription on the pendulum bracket by its previous servicer. Also, the clock's marble base was missing most of the Roman numerals that were formerly attached to it to serve as the dial. Bernie Maya of Chappell Jordan completely cleaned and serviced the movement and bell such that the clock mechanism now looks brand new and the clock runs like new. Bernie also polished the marble and installed new Roman numerals for the dial on the clocks marble block. What a magnificent job ! Chappell Jordan hit it out of the ballpark again !

Being unfamiliar with the experience of purchasing/selling a diamond ring, I was weary of being low-balled and/or taken advantage of when unfortunately I had to sell it. After meeting some very shady, rude, and dishonest people, I was referred to these guys by someone I trust. While business comes first in situations like these, these guys handle it professionally and are genuinely good people who are not out to rob you. They don't criticize you if they feel like you got a bad deal, they don't dismiss requests in a disrespectful manner, they don't lose their patience.. instead they treat you like a customer ("family" is a little much) and sympathize with you're in an unfortunate situation by speaking to you honestly and clearly. In the end, our transaction was fair, enjoyable, and genuine. I was in the market for a wedding ring and a good friend of mine recommended this company for the best Diamonds at the best possible price, so I called them up and I set up an appointment, the guys were really knowledgeable friendly and professional. they told me all the different options I could have and explain me about diamonds in general. I had a diamond that I want it to give away and I got many many offers from pawnshops and diamond buyers, DJP was very polite and explained to me exactly what my diamond value is by color, clean any couple more factors. In the end they paid me the highest top dollar for my diamond :) I'm very please with those people very honest! I'm highly recommend DJP diamonds! Today was my second time here at DJP diamonds. You simply won't find anyone (and I've looked around) with whom you can deal more reasonably and expect fast, fair, and thoughtful service.
