I had brought a bridesmaid dress here to be cleaned before the wedding I was attending. They told me that it wasn't going to be ready the next day because they were having issues with their boiler, which was fine. It turns out that they had actually gotten pen all over my dress and instead of telling me, they made up excuses to keep my dress longer. The wedding I had was the next day, so I had to rush around and find another dress to wear. They wanted all the information on the dress, how much I paid for it, how old it was etc, to give me money for the dress they ruined. They only gave me a fraction of what I spent on the dress and they justified it by telling me that if I sold the dress on Poshmark or anywhere that I would have gotten that amount anyways. This is the first and last time I will ever be using one of their services. Not only did they lie to me in the first place, they ruined my dress and didn't give me enough compensation or time to go buy the dress again. read more

The last 5 or 6 times my clothes have had notices that are dressed shirts can't get cleaned -not only cleaned but wrinkled . Quality has gone down over the years and prices have gone up . This is the only place that we have have gone over the last 4 or 5 years and last year I took out a dress for my daughter to wear for a wedding and the dress had been completely dyed a different color. We just left it in the plastic and stored in the closet so it would be ready when we went to use it again . I did talk to management about this and they said they had no record of this dress. Just ridiculous . Looking for a new dry cleaners maybe one with safer chemicals also . The final straw was 3 weeks ago we went to pick up my husbands suite for a job interview . I have used this location several times with decent results. I stopped by this morning with five shirts that are all labeled cold wash. The total was given for almost $16.00. I questioned the guy waiting on me, and he said we charge more ($4.50) for the Harley Davidson shirts; why, I asked. His reply "I don't know; I am sure there is a reason." What reason, I asked. He repeated that he did not know. I had him give me back my shirts, and off I went. That will be my last visit. read more

This cleaners smashed all the front buttons on my expensive long wool coat and then replaced them with the wrong size so they won't stay closed. I had to buy buttons and pay another dry cleaners to sew them on. Also the coat material looks very worn since they cleaned it. They refuse to remedy the situation other than sew on very small buttons. I will not return here in the future as it's way too expensive. read more

CD1 is hands down the only place to go for dry cleaning so long as you have one near you. If you bring your items in by 9 you pick them up on the same day after 5. They even can email you to let you know your clothes are ready which is nice when they are done early and it saves you a trip back because you may be passing on your way home or whatever. Free Starbucks coffee surely sweetens the deal! Oh yeah, they also happen to be the least expensive of any dry cleaner too. $1.79 shirts. Pretty much everyone else charges twice that or more. They also always have suckers for the kids and sometimes have bones for the fury ones too. Now they even clean comforters and have a laundry drop off service too. The same day laundry drop off service is a little pricy but no more than anywhere else! Some locations now are open on Sundays but some aren't so check first. Some have night drop boxes too. Also if you want drop off bags (laundry bags) just ask and they'll gladly provide one free of charge! They are always friendly and professional. Every CD1 I've ever been to including this one is a well oiled machine like the drive through at Portillo's at noon! Added benefit: they speak English!!! This might seem like a silly remark but I can't tell you how frustrating it is to deal with the Asian/Chinese whatever / mom and pop dry cleaners that barely can say please and thank you let alone answer even a simple "how much does that cost" lol! Plus those guys always make you feel bad for asking for your stuff sooner than a 3-4 days later after you drop it off and sometimes even charge extra to get your stuff faster. However, I couldn't find anything I liked- so at the last minute, I decided I had to wear a dress that I'd packed and brought along with me. Problem was, I'd already worn the dress to one of the other wedding events and the dress needed to be cleaned, in a hurry! I found CD One Price Cleaners through Yelp, and decided to give them a shot since they were close to where I was staying. I drove over the morning before the wedding and dropped off my dress. The lady helping me was really nice and friendly and told me I would even be able to pick up my dress later the same day! The price was great, and they really saved my life. My dress was cleaned and steamed perfectly, and I was all ready for the wedding. I'd also like to mention it wasn't the easiest dress to deal with, as it is a delicate mesh and also had a bit of embroidery at the bottom- it came out just perfect. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely used this cleaner again. read more

Their website specifically states "EVERY GARMENT, ONE PRICE. IN BY 10AM OUT BY 5PM." Got there at 9:30 and was told they had to be there by 9am. Might want to change your website to reflect. Zero stars if possible. They fail regularly to line up the collars on my shirts to the seam where the shirt meets the collar. This isn't rocket science! I have had several in store managers agree that they aren't doing my shirts properly. They add a note to my file and the shirts are okay for a couple of orders, then, AWFUL again. Went in a couple of days ago and picked up 6 shirts. ALL had improperly lined up collars. Some were as much as 6-inches out of place. I completed an on-line survey today and got a call this afternoon from Catherine, the head manager or possibly the franchisee. She was not at all concerned that their work was inferior, stated that their equipment does every shirt the same, and "some people aren't happy with it!!!!!" She said that's all they can do. Wow. I was at this location last week, their pricing was great, the customer service I received when dropping and picking up was great even tho they were very busy! The location was clean and didn't make me feel uncomfortable about leaving my items with them. My only small complaint is they asked me for an email to send me a notification when my items were done which I thought was a great idea however I didn't receive the email for 3 days but the items were suppose to be done the same day and the comfort the day after. I have gone to various cleaners. This is by far the best. Absolutely!!! I get my clothes cleaned every week.

Pros: Fast, Cheap prices Cons: Already had them ruin 2 dresses. The bead-work came undone on one, and the hem on another. Both came with a tag saying they stopped the cleaning process on them but when I arrived to pick them up, I did not get my money back and no one told me. I found out after I returned home. Not sure why I still have to pay when they ruined my dress but of course can't take the blame. You get what you pay for. read more

I brought my shirt in and paid extra to have it dry cleaned. I have brought this shirt there all the time to have it dry cleaned 3 times prior, when I got the shirt back it had shrunk 3 inches on the sleeve and body length of the shirt. I brought it back in and the manager tells me oh no we did it right it couldn't have shrunk from us. They always put tags on the items this is the best we can do. Just recently I brought in a couple of jean shirts to have washed and pressed. After the girl at the counter looked at them she said they would have to be placed over on the dry cleaning side because of the metal buttons and I would be charged the dry cleaning price even though they would just be washed.
