They were able to find a discontinue piece of trim to finish the project. Andrew as responsive and really helped solve a problem which was unforeseen by everyone until the carpeting was removed. In addition, the team finished ahead of schedule and the flooring looks great! There is always something problematic which comes up with home projects, and it was great that Brothers was able to make everything right without a hassle. I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

They would not show up and no information from the office as to what was happening and when the crew would return. They got to the point in the project that touchups were all that was left and I made the mistake of signing the check. Now they are not returning phone calls or showing up to finish the job. It has been 3 weeks since I was told they would be back the next day to finish touch ups and they have only called back once two weeks ago and said they would get right on the final touch ups. The crew made no attempt to prevent unnecessary damage to plants (some is to be expected). The crew left trash from the window wrap and empty paint buckets around the house. I will be willing to re-evaluate my review if they ever finish my house. I do not recommend this company!
