The deck is about 60 feet long and 20 feet wide, with rails and steps located on one side. I was advised they would not be able to provide an estimate until Monday 4/19/21 in the late afternoon. I messaged him on Monday and we re-scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. I was ok with that because I don't have a timeline to get our deck completed. A&J came out Wednesday, as scheduled, and looked over the job I asked them to do. I received an estimate of $4,300.00. Unfortunately, this estimate is way out in left field. Crazy that two estimates for the same job can be so far apart. I'm going with Proscapes. I'll let you know how they do. NOTES: I received another estimate from PROscapes Services for $2,530.00. This estimate was for Pressure Washing Deck, Replace wood as needed (needs three or four boards replaced), and Stain and seal deck with transparent stain.
