Last week, I received a hand-written note from KFH remembering my dad a year after his death. It was such a thoughtful gesture and reflects the care that this family takes with your own family. Planning a funeral feels impossible. How are you supposed to honor your person, plan the ceremonies, communicate with the church, cemetery while in the depths of grief? Thank god for Kreidler and team, guiding me through, taking care of all the things I didn't know how to do, and treating the process (and me) with kindness, patience, and expertise. She had him tell me that the monument was lost. I understand that the company that was doing the refurbish is at fault as it was lost in transit, however had she done her job and followed up on October 14 when it was supposed to arrive, we would not be finding out this information five weeks later. I was told that the company that was completing the restoration will replace the monument. I can only wait now to see how long it will take. As for Mr. Salas and his first reply that I should email him with my mode of communication. Well, I called him twice before his reply and three times after and he too has yet to return my call. It is beyond comprehension as to WHY these managers (Sonia & Mr Sola) have people taking messages for them when they don't respond to them. Are they looking at my messages and crumbling it up and throwing it in the garbage can? Yesterday I left a message for Mr. Salas before hearing this horrible news, if he is a good manager with a wee bit of integrity, which I have not seen it yet, he will return my call.

They threw out the flower pots and the solar lights decorating the lot. I had artificial flowers stuck directly into the ground, and recently, they threw that out too! The worker went today to place a temporary plaque at my beloved parents unmarked resting place, and the front told him it would be thrown out if he left it there! I just got of the phone with a Sonia, Cementary Supervisor, and says that they will only allow a temporary plaque if it us purchased from them! I told her that the sales person told my family and me very different information. She stated this has been the polices for a long time. I am obviously very angered. She hanged up on me! I am even paying for the lot next to my parents for myself because I want to be laid to rest next to them. I regret ever burying my parents there. They are money hungry, greedy, insensitive assholes!
