The worker went today to place a temporary plaque at my beloved parents unmarked resting place, and the front told him it would be thrown out if he left it there! I just got of the phone with a Sonia, Cementary Supervisor, and says that they will only allow a temporary plaque if it us purchased from them! I told her that the sales person told my family and me very different information. She stated this has been the polices for a long time. I am obviously very angered. She hanged up on me! I am even paying for the lot next to my parents for myself because I want to be laid to rest next to them. I regret ever burying my parents there. They are money hungry, greedy, insensitive assholes! So much for customers satisfaction. DO NIT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND LOVED ONES ELSEWHERE!!!
