I had something notarized here months ago and had no issue. Decided to get my 2025 taxes done…read moretoday. Was told to come at 4 and quoted $230-250 over the phone. I came on time and was told to come back later. Returned at around 6:30 and told it would be another 35 minutes. Came back 45 min later and told it would be about 10 more minutes. At this point it's me and my husband and our son waiting for another hour! now it's 8:45 and I'm finally signing and paying. He then tries to quote me $795!! But don't worry- he's gonna cut me a deal and make it $650. I reminded him of the quote which he denied and kept saying "you're a smart woman... you know what's happening". I told him I didn't go to H&R Block for first time in 10+ years and I know what the higher end cost of it looks like. Long story short he tried to charge me like $450 and I was completely over it. He tried to tell me to file a tax extension and go back to H&R Block if I like them. After 5 hours!!! Are you serious?! I gave him $460 in cash and told him I would NEVER return. I said I'm not the type of person to get mad like this but this is just wrong. This is my first ever yelp review good or bad. I'm just so disappointed and feel swindled.

I did not expect it to affect everything and I honestly had given up hope that I would get my $15000 bond in time. I made a call and immediately was put at ease with Abraham. He reassured me that he would put a rush on my order, get it to whomever it needed to get to and have it done within the next 24-48 hours. He was so confident that I really didn't have a choice but to have faith in him. He was great with communicating and following up with every step. He texted me updates, photos and all. It barely cost me that much more, even with an expedition fee. True to his word, it got done in about 36 hours. I cannot tell you the relief I felt when I got the text from him that I could pick it up and get it filed with the LA County Clerk on time. They are also on the official Secretary of State's list of approved notary public seal manufacturers, so I was able to get my seal done through them as well. If it weren't for Abraham's professionalism, expertise and knowledge, I would've lost $600 and another eight hours of my life having to go through everything for my notary commission all over again.
