Oh, we'll make sure that gets done today. Another several days. No credit. Called several times again. (They NEVER answer the phone or return calls.) Then it's "Oh! We'll make absolutely SURE THIS TIME your credit is issued." I told them if I didn't see a credit by Friday I was going to file fraud charges. We'll see if that does it. They don't offer the same services more reputable places do, they make you spend more money for the same procedure, then they don't refund your deposit as promised. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem. It is a really crappy and fake response that reflects their lack of empathy.
