What was most disappointing was how the decision was communicated. We were informed by email, then spent more than 24 hours playing phone tag trying to get an explanation. During one of the most difficult times our family has ever experienced, the lack of communication and compassion was incredibly discouraging. We weren't expecting guarantees.
