I was told that i would receive a call every Tuesday regarding the updates on my vehicle- I never once received a call. If i didn't call at the end of every week, i would of had no idea what was going on. My delivery date was pushed twice and was never told until i called the afternoon of pick up and then told...my vehicle would not be ready! I then had to go through my insurance to have my rental extended, on both occasions. This was a hassle! Customer Service is not their strong suit but Bonnie at the front desk was nice to deal with when calling.

When I picked up my vehicle I only looked at the damage that was original and did not look at the rest of my vehicle. I took it home and a couple days later I decided to wash and detail it. I noticed that there was a scratch on the front fender that had been covered up by paint.. I emailed 3-D to tell them what I saw, and they informed me it wasn't their guys. They never lie and cover things up. They told me since I bought it used that the dealership probably covered it up. I've had my vehicle for over three years and I know what scratches and dings are on the vehicle. This was a new scratch. I wash and detail my car enough to know when something was or wasn't there before. I will not be bringing my vehicles back to 3D.
