Not sure if I just caught these guys at a bad time, but brought my car here to help me diagnose the problem with my car (making a huge sound under hood). The guy I talked to on the first day seemed pleasant and told me to leave my car so he could look into it. After that, they kept my car for nine business days with no communication at all. The only time we talked was when I would call for a status update and was met with a generic response -- "we might be able to get to it today" Etc. Finally, after nine days, I just went and picked up my car and took it elsewhere (and got it back same day). Again, I see the great ratings on here, so not sure if I just caught them during a busy season, but the lack of common courtesy I received from them is a deal breaker and I'll never go back. read more

I can't say enough about their customer service. To start with, I have had a check engine light on fo about 6 years and yes I used tried NUMEROUS other shops. The light would go out and then come back on. I would get the car inspected between the system reset and before the light would go back on. I spent a lot of mony on this but couldn't aford the cost of replacing a good running vehicle. I finally found out about a waver in this state that places an amount spent in trying to fix a vehicle and getting it inspected. This establishment was one of the locations that was on the D.M.V.'s list. They found a couple of problems. They fixed the most important issue first and reached the waver amount. They gave me the paperwork already filled out and told me exactly what I needed to do and who to see at the inspection lane. They even called me while I was there to make sure everything was ok and I had no problems. Mind you, thus was the first time dealing with this garage and I was being treated this well. I told the person at the counter that the garage just called to make sure everything was ok and even she was shocked at the level of cusomer service. I am now a permanent customer. My repair is on going though. I had been told prior to going to the inspection lanes that my catalytic converter is causing the error (and my vehicle has 2) but we will look at that in 2 years prior to the next inspection. They care about their customers, want to help and are not trying to bleed them dry. read more

Jeep broke down and needed a tow. Sevy's towed to their garage. Let them know that i just changed the battery but it's still shutting off. Also told them that i heard a humming noise from the alternator and was assuming that was the problem. Nobody ever called me to give update...I always had to initiate the call for progress reports. Two days later, the jeep was done. Sevy's said that " i just left the interior light on." Despite my disbelief, I picked it up and started driving down the road and the voltage light came on again!!! So now it's apparent to me that they never looked at the alternator!! Luckily, i was able to get it home before it died again. I WENT TO THE AUTO PARTS STORE AND GOT MY OWN DAMN ALTERNATOR AND DID IT MYSELF!! Runs good as now!! Sevy's won't ever get my service again!! read more
