We were on our way from New York going to Miami and somewhere on the Jersey Turnpike something hit our windshield and cracked it really bad! It was all broken!!! After a couple of phone calls to various places that couldn't help us out, we found B and G auto body. They told us to come right away and they'd fix it up. So we get there, they knew who we were and what to do. The job was finished and we had a new windshield in under 10 minutes! Everybody was super nice and friendly too!!! My experience, from start to finish, with B&G was great! In the office, Mindy was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days and that was even to come out to my house to do the replacement (without charging me extra). The crew that did the replacement was awesome. They had all the right equipment and were done in virtually no time, without any problems. They even transferred my parking decal from the old glass to the new without tearing it. Top notch. I dealt with these guys a few years ago for my old Chrysler 200. I was unfamiliar with how long it would take to replace my windshield, how much it would cost, etc. Dealing with B&G was easy. My vehicle got towed here after an accident. Services were extremely difficult to work with in regards that it was the day after an accident. Whether it is a side business or what having to go in and listen to someone behind the customer service counter drop the f-bomb to another customer on the phone ("Well f--- you too") while my young son, who was involved in the accident as well, overhears as well as witnesses the rudeness with a lack of courtesy for our situation really makes me say to everyone avoid this establishment at all costs. Regardless of what your insurance company might say, you have options. Go somewhere else. And surely don't seek their services on your own unless you wanted to get treated like crap and have no self esteem. read more
