Now who would do such a thing, when it was sent to my email address. Is this something an office person would do. I'm gonna find out who used my email/name to complete. The last review I did, was not good nor the survey. Speaking freely about the customer service you receive, is important on BOTH sides. Learning from mistakes and errors with a great attitude is what is needed in the world of business. Our money and our time matter!

Drove out there only to be told my car would not be looked at for at least another 3 hours. I would have appreciated if someone would have called me to reschedule instead of having me drive out there for nothing. I stated this to the service manager Leonard Benoit and received a stream of phone calls from him attacking my character and accusing me of lying about having an appointment in the first place. I didn't realize that staff retaliated against customers in this manner if they dared to voice a complaint.

In the past, I dropped my truck off for an oil change only. When I went to lunch and returned 2 hours later, they had just started on it. I then had to wait over an hour for that to be completed. Other times, I've had to sit for 1-2 hours for the same simple service. Recently, I brought my 2021 F150 in because a sensor was malfunctioning on my ABS and Traction control. It took 3 days to "diagnose" the problem and they had to order the part to fix it. When the part arrived, I made an APPOINTMENT to get it fixed and they took 4 days before they even started on the repair. All I got was excuse after excuse saying they were short handed, covid issues, etc. I told Ariel that I wanted to speak to the service manager and she called me back with a message from him. He didn't even have the decency to call himself. I was also told that there were no courtesy vehicles so I had to borrow a vehicle from a family member which was extremely inconvenient! I knew before I bought this truck that I should have never gone back to Sterling Ford, but I gave them another chance. NEVER AGAIN! I will gladly drive down the road to Hub City Ford because I know there service department runs like a clock! Side note: I have several acquaintances that have mentioned the same troubles with these people! Beware!

Marty worked his butt off to get me into the car I wanted, everything I wanted to know about it was on their website and all the preliminaries were taken care of before I got to the showroom. I drove past four other Ford dealers to get to Sterling and it was well worth the trip.
