Needed tires for my truck but they did not have Pirellis in stock so they ordered them for me. The tires were in and mounted the next day. Prompt and helpful. Definitely will take all my tire business to McDonald's. Also, when temps went down and one of my tires caused the air pressure light to come on, I took my truck to them. They got one of their guys to check it - he quickly came out, checked all four and added air to a second one that was slightly low at no charge to me. I've gone to this place for at least 5 years and this is the first problem I've had and will be the last. I went to McDonald Tire to have 2 tires mounted to my rear OEM wheels. After receiving the ok that my tires were done I proceeded to verify that the directional tires were put on in the right direction which they were so I left. Later that night I noticed that all 5 of the spokes on my rim were damaged. Each one had a nice sized notch that was there now but wasn't before. This is the first time tires have been mounted on this car and both wheels have the exact same notches. After calling the following morning to tell the manager my issue he asked for me to send him pictures of the damage which I did and never heard back over the weekend. So I should up at his shop to talk to him. The only thing he said was we aren't responsible for your wheels. read more
