He went to the Auto Store, picked up the battery and was in contact with me and my daughter and meet her at the apartment complex, drove up the the 7th floor of the parking garage and changed out the battery within the hour. He was in contact with me throughout the process and was very nice and professional with my daughter. I would give this whole process and solid 10 and I'm not renewing AAA and calling Mobile Car Care if we have car issues again. First time meeting Sam and his Staff were very friendly, did an excellent job, didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote, and the service did on time.
