We ordered and got approved to finance. Our bed was supposed to be delivered "After 4pm" The delivery men didn't arrive until 7:30 pm. Set up was quick which led me to believe that the quality of the furniture is cheap ( it is) The bed was supposed to be a queen but it measured as a full sized bed. We called the store and showed them the measurements and this Danny davito looking ass b*tch said that we were wrong. She could show us the receipt and show that she ordered a queen size bed. The receipt is attatched After a back and forth, she said I could get another mattress, this time "king size" for an additional "$325" and it would take two days to deliver. Great, even though we needed a bed to sleep on the same night. I asked her if we could just return everything and get a king sized box spring and mattress. She said no, all sales are final and there are no returns. BUT WE WERE ABLE TO RETURN THE OLD FURNITURE as long as we paid more money. Sounds like a scam Currently we have been waiting 2 days for a manager to reach out and contact us which I know isn't going to happen. Now we are stuck in a financing agreement paying for a too small bed and cheap ass frame. No wonder there are bullet holes in the door. These people are liars and scammers.
