The store charged me $85.42 excluding taxes. I was a bit taken back by the extreme price difference and quoted the online price of $44.42. The young man stated that he has to charge the store price, will notify the owner and apologized. I bought it and left the store. Upon my return to the office, I looked up the price once again and the price of new elevated price. Pretty quick to make that change. Unfortunately for me I have no proof other than when I called spoke to whom I presumed to be a manager he, acknowledge that he adjusted the price within 30 minutes of me leaving the store and returning at my office. For clarity of my issue I have included my paid receipt and screen print of their website with the "updated" price. This is NOT a 10,20, or 30% difference. This is in excess of 50% and that price was still effective on their website when I arrived for my purchase. The change was made after I paid their "store" price. I find this highly deceptive and flat out wrong. I realize all costs are up. They knew there was discrepancy, and I am confident that many other brick and mortar shops would honor the price as stated on-line.

I placed an order on April 18 and received a notification that my order was received and updates were to come when the order cleared my card. After about 10 days I checked and the pending order on my card disappeared without notice (the card is fine, I use it daily). I called about the order and received a text back that they would take a look. It's now been 16 days since they said that and I have followed up multiple times and haven't heard back. We were told that our printer would be available the next day and that the ink nozzles just needed to be soaked over night to dissolve the clogs. However, when we called two days after dropping it off we were told that Malik hadn't touched our printer yet and we needed to wait another day so that he could access what was wrong with our machine. After 5 days of waiting, the printer nozzles still had not been cleaned. We decided that it was better pick up the printer and take it somewhere else than to continue to wait with false hope.

We called in a service call for our copier and they had a technician out the same day.
