He went above and beyond by making sure everyone knew how to use the self printer. Kayla was the girl that helped me. She was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Was my first time replacing the ink on my printer. She priced matched my cartridge to Walmart and saved me 5.00. She told me about an unlimited ink plan but i don't use enough ink for it and she even told me i could recycle my old one there for 2.00. I had no idea. So she saved me 7.00! That's great! This place charges $2.50 cents per copy when other Office Depots charge you .70 cents that's crazy I definitely won't be back

I am a big online shopper, Amazon literally takes about 40% of my income yearly. I just can't help looking at stuff, seeing the reviews, and comparing the prices. So I rarely shop in physical stores anymore, but I had a photoshoot on this side of town and had brought the wrong sized paper. My agreement was for 5x7s but for some reason the previous email chain stated 8x10 so that's what I brought. When my client told me how many people would be coming I knew this misstep would cost me and I would rather lose a bit on the marked up paper than run out of ink and look like an idiot or worst, not run out of ink but just use more ink and cut into my profits anymore. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TAKES FOREVER! Every single time I come to the print & copy area it takes forever. They always have 1 or 2 people working the area but are super slow and don't seem to care. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Worst Office Depot ever. I've been standing at the register for about 15 mins and haven't seen an employee. I called the store number hoping to find someone that would come and take my money. It's crazy- I found the products that I wanted and now am begging them to take my money. People wonder why Amazon is taking over- well this is it. I came for the convenience, but really could have waited till tomorrow or Friday to get my order. It's a $50-60 transaction that will cost them my business for the future. Waited 30 minutes just to print my resume they didn't ask me any questions regarding what I wanted, just printed the documents, and sent me on my way. I wanted black and white ended up getting colored prints. They acted annoyed by having to do their job. read more

My printer recently broke and I haven't gotten around to purchasing a new one mostly because I haven't had a need for one since I'm done with school :) BUT since graduating I've had to do grown-up things like print resumes and apply for my license thus my recent visits to Office Depot. The staff has been extremely helpful. On one visit I was trying to make a copy of my diploma so I could apply for my license but my diploma was too big to copy :( BUT then one of the employees suggested I take it a picture of my diploma with my phone and then email it to her, so she could print it. Duh! Why didn't I think of that? She was great and I was able to get everything copied for my license application. Before my recent visits I didn't know that Office Depot had computers setup so you can print from them which is fantastic. So on one occasion I pulled up a document that need to be printed from my email and the other time from my USB. It was a great printing experience. read more

I needed assistance finding a product advertised in the paper, a spiral notebook. The store had spiral notebooks in 3 different locations. My cashier was as helpful as she could be considering she as the only person ringing people out. She requested help from two different managers, Susan was the only one who's name I was able make out because NO ONE had name badges on. The male manager wasn't not dressed in uniform. Both managers told the cashier they would check to see if the product was in stock. I waited for 20 minutes and recieved no answer, so I went to look myself and both of them saw me made eye contact and walked off. I'm very disappointed in my visit and actually feel bad for the staff. It's unfortunate that their leaders are preoccupied doing everything but helping the customers and the staff they should be assisting. read more

I work in the area and come here to make business purchases. I am always greeted by someone when I walk in and asked if I need help finding anything. I tell them what I'm there for, and they tell me where to get it. Every time! And I never wait in line to check out either. I should note that I generally only come here on weekdays during business hours, but overall I feel this is the best place to shop for all my work and office supplies. read more

I just left here in an attempt to send a fax. There were issues with the fax machine and nobody bothered to assist me. Whatever the error message was, I could not see because the fax machine sat up too high for me to view the display screen. Eventually I told the associate that I couldn't get it to work so I'll go somewhere else. She just said "ok that's fine" still didn't offer to help.
