I'm very disappointed in the service and I have since pulled by daughter out of classes. Matt is fantastic and I hope for his sake others don't experience this same problem. I sat back for a year watching the sell sell sell mentally of the staff, while paying 160 a month. I was ok doing so as long my son seemed to enjoy it. That changed. That disappointing part is how they treat you when you choose to end your contract. It's not easy (like a gym membership). I definitely remember signing up was a breeze! When I came in a 3rd time within and hour to catch the right person, I was no longer met with a smile and hello. Clearly he was informed that a parent was coming in to cancel their membership. This would have been a great opportunity for the staff to show the character that they teach their students. I believe last month was "Honesty". Instead I was met with no eye contact. Lots of standing and waiting and no "sad to see him go" or "we hope to see him return". Nothing but an intimidating "Why?" and a sign here and a walk off. After a year of coming through the door...Too bad. We will not be returning to Cox ATA in Conroe.
