He said he would refund me two months but only refunded me 60% of two months instead. I still don't have all my over payment back. I was owed almost $300 and I got back $100. I'm very disappointed in the service and I have since pulled by daughter out of classes. Matt is fantastic and I hope for his sake others don't experience this same problem.
