I went here today to wash 4 king sized comforters. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who helped me determine which machines would be best. Each wash cycle took about 30 min. The dryers were very effective and I was done with 4 large comforters in about an hour. Very clean and bright. The machines take quarters and they have a change machine. I am so happy to have found a coin laundry nearby. read more

Had to stop and do some laundry while we were moving. It's smaller but I didn't have to wait for a washer or anything.. I got there at 10 in the morning and there were only about 4 people in there. I paid 7.50 for two loads of laundry and two dollars the get it dry. Not bad at all! The lady behind the counter was really nice and was there to help if anyone needed it. read more

My washer is under repair, so I headed to this laundry, not knowing what to expect as I have only had to use one once before. The ladies running the place are incredibly friendly and also super helpful. It is also really clean. I do recommend using this Laundry mat it's clean and the attendants are really nice. Nice mismatched washers and dryers that where very cost efficient and they all work great! I only went there a couple times but when I was there I always had a great experience. I gave 4 stars because the only problems I had was not being able to unlock the bathroom door with the key and they didn't have a sink in the open to wash your hands they do have hand sanitizers around though. read more

I just moved to TN and had to do a load of laundry before I got a new washer and dryer at my place. The laundromat was a bit smaller and a bit busier than I expected on a saturday evening but nevertheless it was clean and pleasant. I did 2 loads of wash which all fit into one of the dryers. The washes were $3.75 each and the dryer was $0.25 per 5 minutes. I ran the dryer for 30 minutes and the clothes were dry. I did not use any of the amenities (except the change machine and one of their carts) but they seem to have all the usual things a laundromat has. TV was going in the background, vending machines, detergent and dryer sheet supplies, change machines for $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills, etc... Overall a good experience. read more

We rarely use laundromats, but found ourselves in a pinch and tried using their drop off service ... Huge mistake. I would leave one star, but the employees seemed like nice people. We dropped off our clothes at 1:00 and were told to come back for them at 7. Sadly, in six hours, no one contacted us to let us know that our laundry had not even been started. Had we known, we would have simply come back and taken it somewhere else... not the end of the world, but a head's up would have been nice. We won't be back and would not recommend this place to anyone else. read more

Typical laundromat. I usually only go to a laundromat because I need to wash a comforter. I'm staying at an Airbnb for several weeks, so, hence, the need for the laundromat. No big deal, I mean, does anyone like to go to the laundromat? I chose a heavy duty washer for my towels. Pushed the heavy cycle and the $5 charge went up to $6! What's that all about?? So far, a load of towels is costing me $9 between wash and dry. Seems a little high to me! How do lower-income folks pays these prices?? The attendant was pleasant and helpful. Change was easy to get, although I went here because I read that they take credit cards, which they don't. Laundromat is in a sketchy area, but's it's on a busy street and people are coming and going. All-in-all, it's a pretty typical laundromat. Overpriced, for sure! I really give 5 stars to any thing you really have to earn it with me. This is the nicest coin laundry that I have been to in a long time. I mean sure it's a little dirty and plain but it's a coin laundry. I was very pleasantly greeted on my way in and welcome back on my way out by the attendant. Had three garbage bags full of uniforms that needed cleaning. Megan was just wonderful!! Very helpful in telling me about cost. I elected the drop off service and she not only had it done in a few hours but she had them folded, separated in the containers I had left and they were labeled! Great customer service. Very crowded, the machines looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time (dirt, debris and hair was found in the only two available machines) and the people inside were very questionable (a lot of loitering). To top it all off, my wife asked the 'owner' a question and she was extremely rude. We grabbed our things and left immediately. I very rarely leave online reviews but I our treatment was so bad that I had to warn people about this place after the encounter my wife and I had. Needless to say, I would not at all recommend this place to anyone. Please save your money! read more

SHAME ON THE PLACE, DON'T GO HERE! If i could give this place negative stars i would. I did my laundry at this place earlier this week. I spent close to a $100 doing laundry myself. I used 10 different washers for all the stuff I needed washed. When I took them out of the washer they all had this nasty smell to them. I told the attendant about it, so she smelled them too and agreed with me about the smell. I dried them a little so i could take them to a different laundrymat and rewash everything again! Truly a Five Star Laundromat:) Typically I imagine a laundromat with outdated washers and dryers, maybe one other person besides yourself there and feeling an urgency to get my wash done and get outta there. I was surprised by how comfortable and safe I felt doing my laundry here one evening. The woman who worked there was friendly and very helpful, the facility was clean, the machines were clean and I didn't have that grossed out feeling Like when I do wash in my apartment building's machines -yucky! Other reviews say the machines are a little pricey, but I think it's worth paying a little extra simply because the machines were nice, new and not outdated. I will visit again for sure:) and my comforter was like new! read more
