I had already had x-rays in March of this year and explained that I didn't feel comfortable getting x-rays again. So instead of getting a teeth cleaning, I was recommended periodontal scaling and root cleaning which was approximately $1800 plus. And needless to say, of course I didn't do that and just felt like they waste my time. So I made an appointment with my previous dentist for a tooth cleaning this week and everything should be fine. The staff was friendly had no issues. Would not recommend this place unless you have insurance.

Jasmine the receptionist answered the phone right away and got me in the same day, when I called with tooth pain. My unsaveable tooth was scheduled for extraction just 6 days later, after antibiotics. The office vibe is so "chill" and everyone who works there are happy friendly and accommodating. They do everything to make you feel relaxed and calm and you feel like you're in very good hands and can trust them to take good care of you. I only felt a couple pinches of the novacaine and that's it. Dr Ingy was so calm pulling my tooth and explained any unusual sounds to me as just normal. She even hummed a few times. Her assistant was equally awesome and put on music for me and took very good care of me. They gave me none. I checked on line to see what my options were. It turns out that metal crowns are much cheaper and more medically appropriate for a molar because it is more durable. . Not only were they greedy because they make more money on porcelain, but this was malpractice because they weren't giving me the best medical option.

I recently have had 2 visits with Dr Bui and I believe my 3rd visit will be anxiety free! The Novocaine injection she administered was painless, everything being done was explained and periodically Dr Bui checked on me during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable.
