My dentist was great. Hygienists were great. Front office people warm. BUT, their accounting department stinks! Their statements are impossible to understand. When I call with a question, they ALWAYS ask to call me back and they NEVER do! If I do have a question, instead of an explanation, I am offered a one-time credit. This has happened to me several times, which leads me to believe they are overcharging me in the first place. I'm done. I will miss my dentist, but good riddance to that accounting office. read more

What a waste of time! They gave my appointment spot away because I confirmed 12 hours prior to the appointment instead of 24 hours before? I wasn't aware of that policy?!? I was early on the actual day. So angry. I was 1.5 hours late for work for an appointment that didn't happen. I just cancelled any of mine and my husband's future appointments. This dental office is a well-oiled machine. I always bring a book to read, and I never have a chance to open it because everything is so quick and efficient. The staff is extremely professional and well-mannered, and the facility always feels clean, fresh and state-of-the-art (seriously tho, what is that fancy 3D mouth imaging program?!?) Today at my appointment, my dental assistant asked me if I live in Broken Arrow, to which I replied no. Then she asked me if I work in Broken Arrow, to which I also replied no. I actually drive about 25 minutes from downtown Tulsa to come here because Dr Parish and her staff are consistent, courteous, professional and competent. Once you've found perfection, why shop around to save a couple of bucks on gas? My only critique (because there has to be something, right?) would be that sometimes your hygienist decides they want to go part-time to spend more time with the fam (I'm looking at you, Amy) and you get a new hygienist after more than 5 years with the same hygienist/assistant team. But luckily, Jenny and (I'm terrible and forgot the assistant's name) did an excellent job today, and the consistency across care/treatment teams was flawless. Highly recommend! read more

No one looks forward to going to the dentist, but you will when you going to Cedar Creek Dental. They schedule their patients with the least amount of wait time. Then when you're called back, if you're lucky, you're care will begin with Dental Assistant, Shelby. Her calming soft spoken manner will calm any fears you may have. She will help answer any questions you may have and prep you for the hygienist. Amy, the Dental Hygenist, is very outgoing and will remember your conversation from the last visit. This makes me feel like they truly care about you. It helps the visit feel more like a trip to see friends, rather than someone grinding away in your mouth. Finishing off with Dr. Parrish is the icing on the cake. She will answer any unanswered questions you may have, then give you the good (or bad) news about your x-rays. She is very reassuring and speaks to you in terms we can all understand. My family has been using this practice since we moved to Broken Arrow and will continue as long as they are here. We would give six stars if that were a choice. read more

I took my 6 year old for his check up today and I was very pleased with the visit. This was his first time seeing a non pediatric dentist and I was really nervous about it because he has a lot of dental anxiety. Cindy did a really good job at answering all of his questions so that he felt comfortable with taking the X-rays and getting his cleaning and what not. It also made him feel really proud. He kept telling me what a big boy he was and that he was a good boy. that made me feel so good about my decision to take him there. Dr. Ky was so gentle and kind to my son and talked to him during the appointment rather than only talking to me and I really appreciated that he made an effort to build a relationship with my son. Absolutely love this entire staff. Starting from the front desk to the back rooms, everyone is friendly and ALWAYS has a smile on their faces. It really feels like each person loves to work there. Told me they would forward my claim to collections ($84) after they failed to file my claim under the correct insurance. I have given them $2000 in the last year with not a single missed payment and they wait until I'm out of work due to a surgery to extort money and threaten to damage my credit. Dr. Parrish is wonderful and I am sad we will not see her anymore. But Suzette was rude and pushed the blame onto me for the unpaid visit. Goodbye and good riddance. read more

They scammed my elderly mother. The dentist talked her into a complete bridge replacement when she went in for crown work in August that could have waited until January when her insurance would have paid more. They never pre-authorized the amount with her insurance but led her to believe they did (gave her specific paperwork, etc. showing her amount due which she promptly paid). Had they pre-authorized the work (as they told her they did), they would have found that she was within $300 of her annual limit. They dropped the ball and just assumed they would get the additional money from her....sent my mother a $1500 bill and argued with me over the phone. I politely explained that they should not be in the business of scamming elderly folks on a fixed income and will spread the word. read more

I paid them $1433.40, with statement saying that was the cost, then they came back with $1300.00 more owed because I went over my allowance! Are you kidding me? I'm on a tight budget and keep my appointments scheduled to my insurance. They call and know when insurance will pay their part. I was set a appointment thinking insurance would pay their part. They only took the copay at the time of appointment. Now after over a month they are coming after me for what the insurance should have paid. Come to find out insurance won't kick in for another 6 months. They asked me to call my insurance company and ask them to take money from my previous dentist because they didn't do a good job or to accept my claim 6 months early. My insurance company said they would not and that they called and knew my insurance would not pay for another 6 months. They also send you coupons every month and when you call to use them they say it's for uninsured people. Well why send me the coupon? My part on a crown is still 5-600 bucks I'd sure like to use that coupon. If you offer it to one patient why not all of us? read more

Giant waste of time. They won't do routine cleanings because that want to make more money by using there laser. They told me they can't clean my teeth because that would push the debris under my gums yet the first step before using there $1100 laser is cleaning your teeth. Plus the dentist can't be more then 21 years old. Maybe it's a great dentist and people have a great experience there but when I went in I felt like I was being scammed. read more
