The doctor and his staff are knowledgable and friendly, remembering details about you from day one. They ask after family, don't fuss if you have to reschedule a time or two (or three or four...), and constantly check to make sure you're comfortable. I appreciate having a say in my treatment, too. Some dental offices can feel like auto body shops run by crooked mechanics who talk you into making unnecessary repairs. Not Dr. Theobald. He makes his recommendations but ultimately leaves the decision to get work done in your hands. His chair side manner is great, and he's got some great stories about his time in college.
