We were very impressed and we were also impressed at how well they hosted parents and students from a visiting high school. Everyone from students to parents and faculty was just as nice as they could be. My only complaint and feedback for the school is that they are trying to go cashless on ticket sales and also their concession sales. Their ticket sells app, though simple, requires too many steps. I actually ended up buying tickets for a family that was very confused on how to navigate back-and-forth on the steps for the app. And that was one of their own families, not one of us visiting families. Well, the cashless set up at the concession stand was far more simple. Once again the reader was having problems, making the process far more complicated than it needed to be. Another thing that I don't think is too cool, is most students have cash and don't carry a credit card. So there are you in the app with kids to order things and then find out that they don't have a means to pay for it. So they need to streamline their cashless policy and at least figure out a way that kids can pay if they don't have a credit card. Review #2124

The memory I had was of lacquered formed plywood seats, sweaty smelling air, stained concrete floors with horrible sound systems. This high school was not those I remember! Easy to find on the campus and near plenty of parking! HUGE auditorium with carpeted floors, padded seats that were comfortable to sit on for 8 hours, CLEAN air and a professional modern sound system that interacted easily with a laptop. The hallways were clean, spacious, and very well maintained! The restrooms were spacious and exceptionally clean! Duncanville, thank you for allowing the use of this fine facility for the workshop!

These students work extremely hard on many different levels and through adversity just to be treated as a dollar sign instead of a child trying to further their future and become a useful adult citizen. Every child enrolled should be treated as an asset instead of a check. However, as soon as a hardship arises they show no empathy and lack concern. They are even willing to stop instruction immediately and hold transcripts hostage if the outstanding balance is not paid in full. Even after pleading to possibly set up a payment plan, this school rejected the idea and offered no alternatives or resolution for the unforeseen, unfortunate circumstance. There was no mercy nor grace, and to me, that is a very false representation of what a school like this should stand for. There are plenty of other outstanding schools in the area, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
