It was updated a few times as I was shopping. This is great as you get to see the pups, parents, development as well as availability. The facility it self is very clean and all of the puppies are well maintained. I was initially asked by my vet "if the breeder seemed to know what they were doing" and I was able to answer confidently YES! The puppies were well groomed and bathed, and all taken care of . Nicole was very kind and responsive throughout the whole process. No question is unanswered, and she is honest about the puppies available. I can't thank her enough for the care package she sent us home with and the care she has for her litters. Even down to a "welcome home" package that really hooked us up. She really cares about the puppies and the homes they go to. This means a lot to me!! As far as the puppy I got, she is a dream. While the standard poodles are acclaimed for their intelligence, mine has been a more than responsive to training. Compared to other breeds I have had, this one had been a breeze to raise. This was mainly because he had a lot of energy and we were making a lot noise to tire him out so our neighbors were not quite happy about it. Joan helped us relocate the puppy to a new home where the new owners have a house with a backyard which is great for the puppy. Needless to say she fully refunded us, which is what she had in our contract besides a few other important clauses that we came to appreciate at the end. We miss our puppy so much but we are grateful that we worked with Joan who takes a really good care of the puppies and customers.
