We came back a different weekend for an on the water test and I felt like we got a very thorough experience. At no point did we feel any pressure, just a lot of enthusiasm for his product and a high level of engagement with us as a family. He walked us through various options he has seen other buyers take and offered great ideas about certain customization options we asked about. We ended up buying a boat from Tim and we seriously look forward to picketing it up this spring. My family has been members here for years and years…read more This marina is rather large being that is accommodates power boats and sail boats, all ranging in sizes. wandering around the docks you will see jet skis and massive yachts. There is an outdoor pool, pavilion, and large jungle gym for kids. The pavilion can be reserved for parties and social events. The facilities are clean as well. The restrooms/showers are accessed by codes, keeping them restricted to club members, as well as clean. There also is a restaurant in the marina. We have not been there as there are several amazing restaurants or the area, or we just use the grills. This is a good marina for families as it is clean, well maintained, has activities to participate in, and amenities for everyone.

The worst customer service I've ever had in my life. These people are sweet as pie....until they…read morearen't. Treated me like I was a bug on their windshield. I purchased a vessel that was stored in their yard that turned out it had a yard bill on it from the previous year / previous owner. I got them paid in full, with interest. They continued to be rude and nasty to me as if I was the guy that stiffed them on the bill. In the end they refused to put my boat on a transport truck without trying to extort even more money from me because "legally we only have to launch it, not make it available to a trucking company." Even if it was more work for them (which it isn't) to put it on a truck you would think they would be grateful to me for getting them paid in full for a boat that was abandoned on their property. Instead, I was yelled at, threatened with a lawyer, and not allowed access to my boat until they got every penny. Their exact words to me were, "we have the boat blocked in, what are you going to do about it?" real nice people... With all of the marina's I've had boats at over the years, I have never been treated like that, ever. Beware, These people will take your property and screw you the first chance that they can and in their own words "what are you going to do about it?"

We initially had a good experience, but it quickly turned into one of the worst customer service…read moresituations we've ever dealt with. We hired Harry's to store our boat and install new engines so we could sell it. Before the sale, they agreed to continue working on the boat for the new owner to handle some final adjustments. However, after the buyer drove four hours to complete the purchase, Harry Sr. abruptly refused to do any further work, saying they had simply "changed their minds." This left the new owner stranded and forced us to scramble to find another mechanic on short notice. The situation escalated further on launch day. Harry's refused to release the boat because our engine installation bill hadn't been paid yet, even though ownership had already transferred. When I questioned the charges, which were significantly higher than expected, they refused to discuss it and instead yelled at me over the phone. I was told to pay in full or the boat wouldn't be released, leaving us no real choice. I called to make the credit card payment over the phone and even though we had always paid by credit card, they refused to accept it and said we had to bring cash. We would have to transfer money into our checking account from an outside account, which would keep the new owner from taking his boat for 3-5 business days. I finally got him to take my card number, but then the new owner of the boat said they still wouldn't use it. They are refusing to take our cc payment now. I have recordings of our phone calls if needed. The entire experience became unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional, especially for a business dealing directly with customers during major transactions. We ended up having to bring cash to the marina and pay the overcharged bill so the new owner of the boat could launch and take it to New York. We would not recommend anyone do business here. They are rude and will overcharge as they see fit.
