I absolutely love this farm and it's little store! They've been here for years and it seems to get…read morebetter every year! They also have crop share that you can opt for at the beginning of the year (I haven't utilized that yet). They grow produce organically and almost everything in the store is what's currently ripe. They also have frozen veggies available for moms like me that don't like to deal with the prep of washing, chopping, bagging up produce for the freezer! I can vouch for their popcorn! It great!! (I ONLY buy organic popcorn). The sweet corn is so good!! They do not grow it on their farm but teams up with another farmer that exclusively grows sweet corn for this. Delivered regularly and they even worked with us to order 8 dozen (the one thing I am willing to prep a d freeze or can for the year...that is, whatever is left over after grilling at least a dozen to eat right away!) They have a self serve set up. You park by the little store, go in, grab a bag and shop for what you want. Write down what you are buying and put the paper into the basket- and the money in the cash box. (Cash only operation) They usually have change of you need it in there). They do have cameras but hey, they are trusting us to be honest and if you ask me, they deserve every cent and then some for all the work they do! All in all, it's really a sweet little set up and the staff here are really friendly when you do run into them! It feels so good to support local! Farmers work hard to produce all this stuff and they deserve every ounce of love and kudos we give them!!

This place is amazing if you 1. Love locally grown, organic produce and meat, 2. Enjoy farm animals…read more(or have a child that does), or 3. Have a heart. At all. This is the most wholesome place I've been maybe ever. They have a shop where you pick out the produce, frozen meat, eggs, and/or canned goods (pickles, salsa, pasta sauce, etc.) -- you write down what you picked out and leave cash in a box for it. (Bring cash!) The real highlight for us was the farm animals we could visit-- our toddler was obsessed with the baby goats, chickens, and cows we got to see. I can't recommend this spot enough!

"Ma Na Ma Nah...do doo de doo doo--Menomonie!" (The Muppet Show)…read more Statler: "Is she singing? I thought she was choking!" Waldorf: "At her age, it's hard to tell the difference! DOHOHOHO!" If you just sang that ditty in your head like the Muppets, you're already in the right mood for a visit to the Menomonie Food Co-op Market. This market is as effortlessly fun and cool as Janice from Electric Mayhem, but with less trout pout and more lentil dip. "Fer sure!" Here are the highlights that you really don't want to miss! THE BREAD SITUATION: The artisanal rosemary sourdough loaf from One Love Bread is the stuff boy bands are made of. This bread is basically what happens if you roll Harry Styles in flour and water. It really deserves its own Manchester disco-dancing fan club, but for now I'll just sing its praises. DAIRY AND DAIRY ALTERNATIVES: I was totally NSYNC with this section. I'm not even sure what plants half of them came from, but they looked intriguing. Had I brought a cooler, my fridge would have undergone quite the calcium glow up! SODA ALTERNATIVES: This was the real Big Time Rush! We studied the sodas for a solid ten minutes like raccoons who'd discovered a vending machine. There are flavors and brands here I've never seen in the wild...some with names I can't pronounce (but absolutely bought)! The store was very clean and organized, and if the employees had been any friendlier, they'd have been covered in yellow feathers. In summary: great bread, fantastic selection, kind humans, and a soda aisle that deserves its own documentary. 5/5, will return. Probably for more bread. Definitely for more weird soda. Statler: "That was a long review!" Waldorf: "I wanted it to end five minutes ago! DOHOHOHO!" Ma Na Ma Nah.
