Good: convenient to our family in Northern NJ and Long Island. Spacious, open and peaceful. Not so good: They skirt our 16 grave family plot in mowing. We had to pay for their shrubs (that were tarnishing the head and foot stones) to be removed. Fees are high to open and close graves and even to put in foot stones. And the staff (walled off as if it was a bank) act as if they are doing us favors. read more

I was the executor so I had to deal with funeral home and cemetery. All my dealings where easy . The staff at the cemetery where helpful and friendly. I do have to say it is not cheap to die. Did not even think costs could be so high just open and close a plot. My aunt already had a plot all Cedar Park had to do was dig plot and then fill in. read more

Awful employees! Nothing but a money making scheme. I have a family plot (6 graves) which I have been annually paying for maintenance for over a decade. The annual cost of maintenance has gone up over 25% the last two years ($980 per year in 2024 to $1260 this year) and has been going up much faster than the rate of inflation for the last 10 years. I decided to pay for "perpetual" maintenance-- which is $29200 for the 15x15 feet plot. When I am trying to make payment I am told by the woman on the phone that they have to perform an inspection on my family plot before payment. I ask why and am told that the perpetual care has a higher standard than the annual care and they have to see if my plot is up to perpetual care standards. Mind you, I have paid them to maintain the plot for over a decade. So on top of the nearly $30k to mow the grass on a 15x15 feet plot, they want to charge an additional fee to improve the plot which they have been paid to maintain for over a decade. They are thieves, extorting the families of people buried in this cemetery. Either you allow your family members' graves to go untended and overgrown by weeds, exhume their remains to a more humane and decent cemetery, or pay obscene amounts which grow at many times the rate of inflation. If you are considering a cemetery, I strongly advise you avoid this one. If you have family buried here, I feel sorry for you. read more

They had little to no empathy for our family request to honor my family members that died in the Holocaust!

I understand that people are in business to make money and will charge as much as they can get away with. What I cannot understand is the failure to provide services which a company is required to provide. Unfortunately, that is very easy in the cemetery business. In many cases, the plots were purchased years ago and family members have already been interred there. There's no need for the cemetery to be concerned about repeat business - it is assured because people want burials to be in the same cemetery as family members. Even I will be buried there, next to my husband (assuming he is still in the grave we put him in 2 years ago - see following). Our family's ownership of plots goes back to the early 1940's when my dad's mom died. Since then, we have buried 10 other family members in Cedar Park. In all cases, we paid for perpetual care. Nevertheless, the only time the graves receive care is when I visit, see that they have not been tended to and go to the office to complain. Perpetual care apparently means care on individual request only. One of the reasons my family purchased perpetual care is so that future generations would be able to go to visit the cemetery in peace. Instead, we are bequeathing to them the task of constantly reminding the cemetery of its job. This year, the cemetery outdid itself! I visited my husband's grave yesterday. Despite the fact that his footstone was unveiled over a year ago, the footstone was not to be seen. The following letter that I sent to the cemetery explains what I found. "Today is my husband's second yartzeit. I visited his grave and was shocked by what I saw: No grass and no footstone! "The unveiling of his footstone was a year ago. I was surprised that at that time, there was no grass on his grave. When I spoke with someone in your office, I was told that seeding is done only in the fall and would be done in the fall of 2023 (1 1/2 years after burial). Having to wait that length of time is absurd - even more so when you consider that we paid years ago for perpetual care for unused graves. "So, it was no wonder that I was shocked when I arrived today and found that the seeding still had not been done, a full two years after burial. And even more shocked when I saw no footstone. What happened to it? It was there a year ago at the unveiling. Was it dug up? Was his body dug up also? I am entitled to answers. "To you, a cemetery may be a business. To the families who pay you, it is the final resting place of a loved one and a sacred trust. When that trust is broken, it is a source of great pain to the families involved. "Over the years, I have had reason to complain about your care of other family graves. It seems as though you only take care of them when I complain, despite the large sums of money paid to you for perpetual care. But, now you have outdone yourself. Thus far, I have resisted taking legal action. Clearly, my restraint has been foolish. "I expect to receive from you an explanation for the condition of my husband's grave and a reasonable but expeditious time plan for remediation (and seeding 7 months from now is not reasonable and certainly not expeditious!) - and then notice from you when that remediation has been completed." I followed up with a phone call this morning and received my usual response of "we will check with the foreman." When will I get a reply? "When he gets back to us." When might that be? "I don't know. It's raining today." Customer service does not seem to be of concern. The interesting thing is that all funeral directors I have discussed this with have said that Cedar Park is the worst cemetery they have dealt with. But, in the cemetery business, that doesn't seem to matter. read more

My parents purchased plots at Cedar Park over 30 years ago. My mother died in 1999 and my father decided to wait until he himself was gone to purchase the perpetual care and asked that us children pay for it from our inheritance. When he died last year, the cost was so high we got nose bleeds. In addition, when we decided to have a graveside service, upon arrival we were told that they don't permit chairs for the mourners and guests to sit. Whaaat??? Of course the Funeral Director should have taken care of this on our behalf, but I was furious. It was creeping up to 90° and there were some elderly people who really needed to sit. Thank goodness a couple of the attendees had some chairs in the trunks of their cars. One of my brothers lives in Paramus and has been taking care of our mother's grave up until now. Other graves in the area, with perpetual care, look worse than my brother's simple maintenance. We will be purchasing perpetual care at the time of Dad's unveiling as the plot has more spaces for the rest of the family and we do have the money for it, but we know it's a major rip-off. read more

Cedar Park Cemetery is a dilapidated, poorly maintained cemetery that has NO respect for the deceased. Each time I visit my late family member at this cemetery, I am profoundly outraged by the conditions of this property. As this cemetery has the gaul to annually charge family's of the deceased nearly $600.00 for "plot maintenance", these plots are clearly NOT being maintained. Please keep in mind that the manager/owner of this cemetery has the ignorance to park his/her $140,000 Porsche sports car in the parking lot, while the graves of the deceased grow putrid. I am sure the owner of this Porsche does not drive through the cemetery - we don't want you to ruin your alignment and suspension with all of those potholes on every road! Price-gouging prime example of why the state of NJ needs far better regulation of the fees associated with buying and maintaining a cemetery plot. Other states have such regulations. Why doesn't NJ? In addition to the actual funeral costs and the cost of a plot you can expect to pay over $1,000 to the cemetery for them to dig a small strip of earth and pour concrete to form a foundation. That does not include the cost of a headstone; that is for the foundation for a headstone. Annual maintenance for presumed weeding, raking, and mowing a plot: $580. It goes up about 10% each year. If you can find any other cemetery, do so. read more

I don't claim to be particularly knowledgeable about funerals, and hope I never am. And, certainly, I could be in a better frame of mind when burying a loved family member who reached 90 years on this Earth, and was the last of my parents' generation. May he rest in Peace with the Angels. But, I have been to many (too many) such ceremonies, and have a basis for comparison. Cedar Park Cemetery really makes this passage feel almost Do It Yourself. On a cold, rainy afternoon, with mud everywhere, and headstones of loved ones moved aside to make room for the new resident move-in; moss growing on the engraved granite, and trees newly pruned to make room for backhoe and mourners, the organization could not find it in their corporate hearts to provide even a temporary shelter from the elements, so we could spend the hour at graveside in a modicum of comfort. No. Umbrellas blocking views, and sheer cold wet drear was the order of the day. I have been at many interments where pop up nylon tents were erected, and folding chairs available, for people to rest in their sorrows. Not here. At Cedar Park, you are on your own. Roughing it must make us nearer Our Maker. Still, we did what we came to do, and somehow this winter day became part of the event, and made it more memorable. If you know a dead Jew in the Northern NJ Metropolitan area, chances are they're buried at either Cedar Park or the adjacent Beth-El Cemetery. With the exception of my paternal grandparents, all of my relatives are there. It is a HUGE cemetery that is laid out intelligently and spaciously with both in-ground and above-ground choices. Being a traditionalist I prefer the former. My family has a plot there that my grandfather purchased in the early 70s and he, my grandmother and my mother are all buried there. So are a lot of our dear departed friends. Hours are good but if it's a holiday you want to get there early because it will get crowded. Streets are very narrow so if you need to park, do so as close to the curb as possible. One thing I don't understand is the lack of an online directory. You would think that with today's technology you could go online, type in a name of a friend, relative or loved one and their grave site would be mapped for you. No such luck so without specific directions you can literally be lost there for days. Crews do a decent job of maintenance. Anyway, I seriously doubt that anyone who is considering interring a loved one here will consult Yelp for reviews but, if so, here you go. read more

Our family grave was so overgrown that it took over an hour to locate. Once we found it and started to clear and clean we found a huge amount of trash thrown into the growth. We have a very large family stone and 3 individual markers which were all covered. It appeared that the ground staff were regularly lunching in our spot and leaving their garbage. read more

"Seasonal care" is a mowing once a year. At one point I paid for sod only to discover that two graves were "missing"...Ie they put the sod over the foot stones. Clearly there's zero oversight, insane "maintenance" cost for that single mowing. To contemplate perpetual care just means you'll pay a small fortune and have to go to see if anything is done differently..which it won't be. Our father passed away and had pre-purchased a niche at Cedar Park Beth El in the mausoleum. In the process of scheduling services and coordinating with our family, I reached out to the office Cedar Park Beth El on Sunday, July 3rd, 2022 (9:38am). I was trying to get as late a time as possible for the services the following Sunday (July 10). The woman I spoke with said the latest they could do was 2:45pm. I was trying to get a later time and asked if we paid an additional fee, would they let us come a little later and she priced out overtime costs at $750. I said it was better that we just do things earlier than we had started planning and shifted everything earlier and took the 2:45pm time that we were told. On Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 10:00am, I called Cedar Park Beth El to make sure they had everything they needed and to ensure things were complete and to see how to arrange payment. I spoke with Jessica in their office and she had trouble finding my reservation at first but then remembered the call on Sunday 7/3 asking about pricing out overtime. Jessica told me she would email me a form to fill out in about 20 minutes. After an hour and a half, I hadn't gotten the email so I called back and Jessica was now telling me that they couldn't honor the 2:45pm time. I stressfully expressed how unacceptable that was and that would destroy all the reservations and plans we had made based on arriving there by 2:45; they need to honor the reservation I had made 3 days earlier. She said she was talking with the vice president of the cemetery and would get back to me. The vice president of Cedar Park Beth El, Mr. Laurence Rose, called me a short time later and bluntly and unsympathetically told me they don't do services after 2:00pm on Sunday and refused to accommodate the original reservation or even acknowledge that a mistake could have been made on their part. He said they had no record of the reservation and asked who I spoke with. I told him I didn't remember the name of the woman I spoke with on 7/3, but Jessica (who was in the room and on the call with us) remembered so maybe it was her. Laurence simply said it couldn't have been her she wasn't working that day. Ok......but she remembered the conversation about pricing out overtime that day? I asked Jessica directly to confirm that she had said just a few hours earlier that she had remembered talking about pricing out the overtime when I called on 7/3, and Laurence Rose abruptly interrupted me and said that he would not tolerate me "interrogating his employee". I offered to pay the overtime costs.... Laurence refused to accept that as an option. They know who was working on that day...they could ask who took my call. Laurence Rose reiterated that the only other options were to move everything up an hour or shift things to another day. Neither of those options worked because plans had already been put in place on a tight schedule with the funeral home, family and friends traveling from as far away as Minnesota. The funeral home has other clients earlier that day, people's flights in and out of the area are arranged, car services were booked to get people from other areas, restaurants were booked and deposits made. In the end, we were forced to forgo the cemetery service on Sunday with the full family and we will be separately going to drop our father off with just a couple of us. To make matters worse, our father's 93-year-old sister who is struggling to make it to the service will now have to be told that if she wants to be there when her brother is laid to rest, she will have to make the trek from NY City again which is an agonizing feat for her to do once. By failing to honor their original reservation, Laurence Rose has created the situation where most of our family will not be able to be present to say goodbye at the cemetery and prolonging the pain of laying our father to rest......thanks to VP Laurence Rose and his staff at Cedar Park Beth El and their refusal to honor the reservation his staff told me on July 3rd that they would hold for our family. Do not do business with this cemetery; the stress and emotional trauma they are putting our family through is beyond words and we would not wish for anyone else to suffer through at an already painful time. read more

If you are trying to locate someone, good luck! And then they charge a ridiculous amount of money for everything like the quality of their dirt is superior to other cemeteries. Yesterday, May 27, 2019 I went to visit my mother's grave (section 23 of Beth El. My father paid for perpetual care and it looked as though the bushes at her grave were recently pruned. In the same section is a grave for one Ludwig Neu which also had pine bushes planted. Obviously the yearly maintenance has not been paid for years or the grave endowed. The pine bushes were taller than the grave and weeds were entwined within the pine bushes. I took it upon myself to pull the weeds out. Someone does visit the grave since there were multiple stones on top. I still found the condition a total disgrace. the pine bushes were also obliterating adjoining graves and I also noticed moss growing on the backside of some of the monuments. Aren't they ever cleaned. It's a horrible place to have your remains interned for posterity! read more

They sold my father in laws spot and berried someone else !!! My father in law always wanted to be berried next to his wife but he could not. We have bought two spots next to each other . They sold they space twice knowing it was sold. We bought the spot 11 years ago. They knew they made a mistake but could not fix it. !! Manager and Vice President did not care never apologized. They're not even potholes, but craters and have been left that way for years, pretty pathetic for the amount of revenue that this cemetery generates! I write this review with hesitancy. It is hard for me to publicly criticize a Jewish "not for profit" organization. It was in the early 1940's when my mother bought a six-grave family plot at Cedar Park Cemetery. My Uncle Ben was the first to occupy a grave there, and then ultimately both of my parents. So of the six plots, three are occupied. After my Dad passed, my mother asked me and my older brother to plant Taxus bushes on my Uncle and my Dad's gravesites. When my mother passed years later we did the same. We were now living in Virginia, so we began to pay for seasonal care beginning in 1976. This year the cost for seasonal care rose to $420. We cancelled the seasonal care and asked that the bushes be removed and replaced with sod. All the ladies at the office are just lovely. I got a phone call back from one of them who stated, "Mr. Jacob, there are no bushes there...as a matter of fact there is nothing there!" I found that hard to believe, so I asked if they could take a picture and send it to me. I received the picture in the mail about a week later, and I was aghast at what I saw. The bushes were gone, and there was virtually no grass. It looked like a sandlot. What had I been paying for over the last 42 years. It presents as neglected and shabby. I paid the bill willingly every year until this year. I was comforted thinking that the gravesites were being taken care of. I don't know what happened to the Taxus bushes, and the grounds. Clearly it is my opinion that I have been defrauded. I have been back and forth with the office trying to get answers with no positive results. So buyer beware! As I finish this review, I will be on the phone with the New Jersey Attorney General's office to file a fraud complaint. I appreciate the opportunity to share my story with you. Mark J. read more

I recently buried my father at Cedar Park and was stunned by the rude, terrible way I was treated by the staff. First of all, there was not enough parking for our guests, leaving people waiting in the cold. Second, we had been told that our service in the Sanctuary of Abraham & Sarah had to be a tight 45 minutes. If we went over the allotted time at all, we were told staff would usher us out. Okay... So we made sure everyone who gave a eulogy kept it tight and I spend much of the service worrying if somebody is going to take the mic out of my hand if we go over. The service ends, and guess what - there's literally nobody booked after us. The space sits empty for at least another 30 minutes. So glad we rushed everyone and I worried over nothing. But worse than any of that, we were told that there would be a staff member in the sanctuary at the end of the funeral who would carry my father's cremains and usher us up to his niche. Our service ended, and no staff member was there. We waited. And waited. (This will become a theme.) No one in sight. It got awkward, as 100 mourners stared back at us wondering what the problem was. So, since we knew where the niche was, our Cantor led us up to it and we placed my father's cremains in it, recited the Mournors Kaddish and cried. A few minutes later, as people start to disburse to the Shiva reception at my Mom's home, I'm approached by our Cantor who says that there's a problem. A Cedar Park staff member says we put my dad's cremains in the wrong niche. I go to the business office (opposite the sanctuary, guarded by plexiglass windows like a bank), where I try to inform the woman who's working there about the situation. She cuts me off as soon as I tell her there was no one there so we carried the cremains ourselves. "There was no one there?!" she snaps at me. "That's right." "There's supposed to be a staff member there." Her sharp tone implying that somehow this is MY fault. "Well, there wasn't," I'm trying to remain calm. "Hang on a minute," she says, and walks away. We wait... and wait... 15 MINUTES LATER, she returns, looking not at all pleased. The first thing she says to me, quite sharply, is, "You should have waited." So, apparently somehow it IS my fault. "I DID wait," I tell her, "Everyone was staring at us. We knew where his niche was. So we put him in the one my mother wants him to be in, next to his brother." "Well, you weren't supposed to do that," is all the staff member says back to me. Now, I'm not here buying shoes. This isn't a McDonald's. Or the DMV. I just buried my father! You'd think, since these people actually deal with THE BEREAVED as part of their business, the first words out of this woman's mouth would be, "I'm SO SORRY for the inconvenience. Let me get this taken care of as soon as possible." But no. It's stupefying, but somehow the word "sorry" doesn't seem to be in this cemetery employee's vocabulary. Not even so much as a condolence for the loss of my father. My mom and I, and some friends standing nearby, were all stunned by her behavior and attitude. We realize mistakes get made. That's life. But to then throw the mistake back on us, to blame US for a staff member not being there, WHILE WE'RE GRIEVING, is beyond the pale. I'll wrap this up. Long story short, it took another 15 minutes of WAITING, pointing out on the map where we put the cremains (which, again, was the correct niche where we wanted him to rest), pointing out that THEY were actually in error in whose niche belonged to my Dad, and yet more waiting, before a Cedar Park Vice President finally stepped up to make sure everything was taken care of. (No, "I'm sorry" from him either, by the way.) At that point, all of our guests had left and were either on their way or arriving at the Shiva reception. I actually missed the opportunity to speak with a number of relatives and friends who didn't make the Shiva because this issue took up all of my time after the service ended. The treatment my mother and I received, the incredible delay in getting this very simple mistake (NOT OURS!) fixed, caused us extra, undue emotional stress and frustration on one of the most somber days of my life. I honestly can't believe how callous and terrible these people were. I mean, it's not like my family has paid them thousands of dollars for their "services." Oh wait, we have. I should add that I wrote an e-mail a week ago to Cedar Park to make them privately aware of how we were treated. They still haven't responded. In short, FIND A BETTER CEMETERY. I already wasn't looking forward to visiting my father in his "niche". This just compounds the pain all the more, which is kinda the opposite of their business model. read more

I've been to 2 funerals here, one small, and a larger one very recently. Both times, the mourners had to wait in their cars, as the hearse was parked outside the office. For as long as 40 minutes. Apparently the driver must give the check from the funeral home or the family to the office first before they will let anyone go to the gravesite. Is there some reason the driver or funeral home rep can't do this after the service? Seriously? Have they been stiffed in the past? And perhaps the 2 men with their shovels and t shirts could have waited until we all departed before filling in the grave. They were quite ambitious, starting as soon as we turned to walk back to our cars. What's the rush guys? My friend has 2 young sons- they didn't need to see that. Not cool. read more

Beware this cemetery! Our family has had a plot there for more than 60 years - and the administration of this memorial park is about as shady and sketchy as they come. Their fees - and there are plenty of hidden fees and restrictions - are astronomical and constantly changing, and when dealing with them you'll find them pleasant on the first call and then nasty as f**k thereafter. It is unbelievable how rude they can be particularly in a 'business' as sensitive as the funeral and burial industry. No compassion, no grace. Clearly 'in bed' with the state regulatory commission that oversees cemeteries - so good luck finding any satisfaction through those means. If you have a choice, go elsewhere! My husband's father purchased 8 plots here probably in the 1950s. We took over the maintenance after my sister-in-law died. Every spring we got a bill for maintenance and paid it and it kept going up and up. I called and was told perpetual care would cost $27,000 because there were 8 plots. We continued paying the maintenance yearly. In Sept of 2018 my husband died and when we went to bury him I was appalled. Because my sister-in-law had never put a marker down for my mother-in-law, I had to pay for 2. I also had to pay a filing fee of a couple of hundred dollars to move the deed into my name since I wasn't a direct descendent of my father-in-laws. They wanted to know if I wanted to pay to clean the older markers that were there (obviously for a fee). I said no. I've stopped paying the maintenance fees. Today I received a form for a proxy vote for their annual meeting. I'm not signing it. Maybe someone new will look into the maintenance company and make some changes. Until then they aren't going to get another penny from me until I have to be put in the ground. I'd ask my daughters to bury me somewhere else but plots are very expensive. read more

My mother was recently laid to rest at Cedar Park. A recent visit to the gravesite, (I do not live near-by) showed the gravesite as barren, uneven, with footprints in the dirt, and no care provided that I could ascertain. Inquiries at the office resulted (following the usual waiting period for the staff to attend to a client) in my being informed that any work done to manicure or make the gravesite presentable would require a fee for sodding (done only in the fall), and seasonal or perpetual care. Fees for this seemed very high, (I dont remember the exact amount). Sodding was about $500 (the dirt area is about 2 feet by 3 feet), seasonal care was about $400 (I think that is for 3 months), and perpetual care was about $12,000. My mom would be angry with me to spend that kind of money for a few blades of grass. So come the spring, Ill go there with some dirt and grass seed and make the grave presentable. I think Mom would have liked that. read more

11 Years ago my Mom passed away and was buried at Cedar Park Cemetery. We purchased a double plot to have an extra for when my father dies to put him next to my Mom. My father died Sunday and we came to find out that the cemetery buried someone else in his spot. Not only did they make a mistake by giving our plot to someone else, they were belittling and condescending to us in one of the toughest times of our lives. The funeral Director was even in shock, as the Executive Vice President Lawrence W. Rose, talked down to the grief stricken family. Son, Daughter, grandkids and all friends have been standing for hours waiting for them to do something that would at least calm the situation down. When asked how did this happen, how was our plot given away, his answer was " I will not re-enact it for you" and when we requested a resolution other than them putting my father several blocks away, he said "this conversation is over" and walked away. this is a business where customer service is more important than any other business I can imagine. The president of the cemetery makes $800,000 per year, Lawrence Rose makes close to $400,000, I am sure the cemetery is profitable... you would think they would have decency to act human to customers(people who are saying good buy to their loved ones) If you have a choice DO NOT come here, as they will take your money, and sell your plot to someone else, and then, they will talk down to you as if you did something wrong. I would advise anyone not to patronize Cedar Park. I'm sure they are very nice when they're selling space. But they are terrible to deal with afterwards. I had to have my brother's body (who died in 1993) disentombed and moved to another cemetery in Los Angeles. They charged me over six-thousand dollars, even though I had to pay a mortuary thousands to do the actual work. Even worse, they charged me over five-hundred dollars to remove my brother's inscription, even though my family still owns the crypt! I live in Hawaii, and they knew It would be impractical for me challenge their unreasonable fees. This is the second bad experience I've had with them. The first, was trying to ensure my mother could use a crypt my uncle had bought for her over twenty years ago. My uncle's wife also had a terrible time trying to sell their crypts after he died and chose to be buried in Israel. Cedar Park's customer service and sense of decency is disgusting. My family has had plots in this cemetery since the 1940s. Grandparents, uncles, aunts, and other immediate family members are buried here. One of my uncles was killed in Okinawa during World War II, and his body was returned here for burial. I am one of the few relatives who is familiar with the deceased, and after us no one will be left to look after the plots. I have paid seasonal care to maintain the plots for about ten years. The cost has increased from $225 to $630 since 2008. The maintenance is very limited, and the appearance of the plots probably would not be that much different if I did not pay, but I feel an obligation to show respect to their memory. I feel that it is unconscionable that the president and the director of this cemetery receive such exorbitant salaries, and have concern only for their own wealth. They and whatever board of directors they represent are a bunch of "goniffs". Also their enablers on any supposed regulatory commission should be unmasked as the inhumane characters they are. read more

Yes, the upkeep of the grounds could be a bit better. Today we buried my Uncle. Rocco (and I hope I got his name right) went above and beyond in helping our family. My senior citizen Dad was lost in Paramus and Rocco went way way way above the call of duty to help me give my Dad directions to get there. Rocco was so warm and kind to us on a hard day for all of us and I am extremely grateful for his kindness. read more

Yesterday my husband and I visited the graves of both our families and were totally distraught. Never have we witnessed such a disgraceful mess: tall weeds sprouting from so many graves throughout the cemetery. Even the graves that have perpetual care looked like weed patches. The only areas that look decent are those that face the street where passersby can drive along and not notice what lies further in. Your cemetery has graves of veterans of our wars, graves of Holocaust survivors, and graves of mothers, fathers, sons, and daughters, all spending eternity in squalor. How can you disrespect them this way? Have you no shame? It's common knowledge that the cemetery administration earn huge salaries. Is it too much to ask them to spare some of that wealth to hire workers who can tidy the place? Do we have to have to visit the graves of our loved ones with a lawnmower? Many graves are not visited because survivors are deceased or live too far away but that doesn't relieve you of your moral and ethical responsibility.
