If you want to come in to browse through scrub options...don't. I came in to try on several different styles. After trying some scrubs on, I didn't really find ones that I liked enough to buy. The owner was polite throughout this process. I took a picture of one of the brand of scrubs I tried on in order to remember the style that I didn't really like. I wanted to ask my coworkers what scrub brands they liked and think about it some more and was planning on coming back when I was ready to try others on and buy some. Apparently me taking a photo of the brand I tried on set the owner off. He accused me of coming in to try on clothes and then said that I was going to buy them online from somewhere else and that he has to pay rent to keep the doors open too. He then would not listen to anything I had to say and kept saying "leave". I get that small businesses are affected by online retailers but there is no need to be so rude to customers. I have bought from here before and honestly just came in to look at what new options there were and didn't have anything specific in mind. You have your own website! What if I wanted to order something on your website and wanted to remember the exact style? What if people are shopping for someone else? What if they want to double check that a color or style is approved by their workplace before buying? Even without taking a photo, I can remember the name of the scrubs. Not everyone is ready to throw down $60-80 for a pair of scrubs right away. People like to have options and take some time to think about them before buying something. And yes, most people do shop around for the best price. So people, just avoid this altogether and go somewhere else or buy online. You can always send the stuff back and get a different size without dealing with all this drama. You might as well start charging people an entrance fee. Maybe tack on an exit fee if they leave without buying anything. That might help pay your rent. After this, I went right over to Scrubs and Beyond in Austin where I found scrubs that I liked and purchased them. There, they were super nice and encouraged me to look at their website for color or size options I wanted and taking photos didn't cause a scene. No wonder you're having trouble with rent lol. read more

I stopped in this new location in Cedar Park today after doing yoga and some shopping next door and was greeted by the owner Al who is super knowledgeable about all things medical wear! My daughter in law is about to start her nursing career at a nearby hospital and he knew all the different requirements for scrubs for each different hospital. He carries holiday scrubs, you name it, he's got it. Stethoscopes and shoes and compression socks. The scrubs range from basic Betty to fashionable and even sporty. All colors and plenty in stock of all sizes. He walked around the store with me and pointed out all the stylish items. He was very proud of his huge selection. I am not familiar with pricing or brands but they were super reasonable and lots of familiar names on the tags. Some are so soft and look so comfy I told him I may need to get some for myself. He mentioned that his wife wears them around the house. They aren't your hard cardboard stuff cotton vintage styles. I will be back with my daughter in law to get her set up for her new job. Amazing customer service! I called looking for a gait belt and Al didn't have any in stock but assured me he could get me one by the next day. Sure enough, he notified me by 11am the next day that it was ready. When I went in to pick it up, Al was extremely helpful and I even found out he had to search multiple places to get a gait belt for me in time! I was recommended this shop by my girlfriend who needed scrubs about a year ago for work. She said the man in the shop was the most helpful person and he will help you every step of the scrub purchasing process from color selection, how many pockets you want, types of fabric, and pricing and she left absolutely impressed! I went here about a week ago and I spoke with the man. He has so much genuine passion for what he does! He had lived up to all the hype with probably the best customer service you can experience anywhere for scrubs! He helped me find my FAVORITE pair of scrubs! They were very high quality and I was so happy with my purchase! Pricing may have been a little higher than I was expecting but comparing the exact same scrubs to buying them on Amazon or anywhere else, he makes it worth every penny! During my visit, I had told him that I wanted 5 pairs of scrubs but he only had 3 in stock. He said, no worries I can order them and you can pick them up next week! I had come here to buy scrubs for a new job I'm starting and I explained to him that I was looking for L/XL bottoms and L/XL tops depending on material because everything fits different and I'm pregnant. The guy pulled some options but we're very limited to selection because he said the L/XL selections don't sell well for him. He kept trying to sell me mediums in everything. I kept telling him I didn't like them and that they were too small. I asked for scrub tops with the single pocket on the chest rather than the ones that are across your tummy so I could tuck it in. The guys response was "well I don't really have any of those because big girls don't typically tuck their tops in, just tiny girls. So I'd have to special order your big girl size." Not sure when L/XL became a "special order" size but I was taken back by this because I'm not a "big" girl, even with being 4 months pregnant. I then found a men's set that seemed to work and asked if he could hold them for me. About this time he ripped them from my hands and said "we don't do holds." And I asked if I could take a photo of the brand and style and he said "we don't allow photos" and so I asked how I was supposed to know what style I liked and fit me best if I couldn't take a photo? He then replied with "not my problem". At this moment I laughed and left the store. I would NOT recommend coming back to this place if you are anything larger than a medium. I went to the outlet mall in round rock and found EXACTLY what I needed in 10 minutes tops. This place is AWFUL. read more

If i could do 0 stars i would!! I was recommended to the store by A coworker and so I went and bought a pair of black Grey's Anatomy brand. I have had them for a little bit less than 6 months. I went back less then a month after i bought them because the pants ripped on me and so Allison (who works there ) was there, I asked her if I could just swap them for some new pants she mentioned she could not do that since her boss AL was not there (was at a soccer game at the time) so she offered to fix them by stitching them in the meantime, which was so nice of her to do. But it ripped again ! after a month, since she only did a temporarily stitch in the office till she asked her boss, which i never heard back from them. While Alison was stiching my black pants, I bought an exact brand set but in navy blue color and it's been less than six months and this pants also ripped it's really crazy because I've heard so much good comments about this brand Grey's Anatomy ! I just spoke to AL the owner and he mentioned that he could NOT do ANYTHING about it because it was already six months for either one of my 2 sets I bought in his store, he did not even consider that I went once to get my black pants fix after a month of getting them who got fix by Allison and it ripped once again ! he mentioned it was wear when I responded I have different sets of scrubs, this is not the only two pairs! I have different sets, same brand, Greys Anatomy's ! that I bought in different stores and nothing has happened to them. I won't be coming here anymore since their clothes must be defected or maybe returned by other clients and they patch and re sell it..? Finally I explained my bosses buy my scrubs but I wanted to see brands and sizing then it became the situation of "that just sounds not true" "why would they send you here" "they should only go through me". DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMEN OR SUPPORT WOMEN. The owner is SEXIST. I am a tall female, I have an entire tattoo sleeve and I was wearing shorts. This man was immediately rude from the beginning but I try to avoid confrontation at all cost and I am NEVER rude to people even if they are mean to me. I wanted to try on a pair of bottoms with a top from a different brand, this man was very persistent and pressuring and DEMANDED I get a top from the same brand the pants are. Since I am tall, sometimes I like to wear male scrubs. I proceeded to pick out male bottoms, when he very aggressively demanded I try on WOMENS clothing and NOT male. Then he aggressively DEMANDED to know my SIZE?! Once he knew my size and I went to the dressing room after him FOLLOWING ME AROUND THE STORE and very rudely telling me what I CAN AND CAN NOT WEAR. This is 2022? I asked him why he was being so aggressive towards me? As I was IN the changing room, CHANGING, he proceeds to tell me off and belittle me. Somewhat surprised, I found out yesterday that I was hired (yay!) into my first position in the medical field. Previously, I had been a legal assistant. I work in Cedar Park and had driven by the sign out front and thought I'd pop in. The gentleman was very friendly and greeted me when I entered. When I couldn't find 4 tops in my size in the style I wanted, he said he could order them and they'd be in by Wednesday. They arrived, I went by to pick them up, and I've been happy ever since! Being new to Austin, I chose to check the reviews for this store. The majority were positive and to my surprise the experience was better than I imagined. The owner, Al, was extremely helpful you can tell he cares about his customers. They have a whole section dedicated to petite sizing which made shopping a breeze. I highly recommend this store for all of your scrub shopping needs. Al (the owner) and Allison are wonderful. Very kind and attentive. The prices are reasonable, and my favorite part is being able to try them on before buying! They even have petite size pants for my short legs :) I found a top that I liked, but no bottoms to match, and bottoms that I liked, but no top to match. SO, Allison placed an order for me for the missing matches, told me that they will text me when they come in, AND offered to hand deliver them to either my home or work!
