They would then order the walker and have it within a week. None of those locations had walker in-stock to look at or test. I finally called Georgetown Home Medical Equipment and spoke with Andrea. She was friendly and answered all of my questions including a price range. She stated they had numerous models available in the store and ready for purchase and pickup. Upon arrival, Andrea showed me the different models; weight restrictions; easy of storage; and brake functions. I picked out a medium weight 'Lifestyle' model in Teal Green. Purchase was simple and easy. And my mother doesn't have to wait another week for her walker.

Nancy really went out of her way to help us and it has been a Godsend in maneuvering him in and out of bed as we are both past 55. Roger delivered the bed and Trapeze and set it up fast and without problems. He was also so very friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this company for needed medical supplies.

    What crooks! Some…read moreDME companies can be total scumbags. This is one of them. I started receiving TEXT messages from a "Tammy" after my primary referred me over here. What a complete circus act it's been. So they keep claiming to have sent me supplies via UPS. Here's the thing: I have a delivery notification account set up with UPS. Why does that matter? Well UPS sends me alerts when a package is en route, delivery updates, alert the day before, and day of delivery. So, I ALWAYS know when a package is coming my way with UPS. I didn't receive a notice of any delivery from this clown office. They repeatedly keep referencing a tracking number. They now tell me to file a claim with UPS. Well clowns, you know damn well the package recipient doesn't even do that. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE ANY CLAIM ON THE PACKAGE YOU SEND. It's 100% the shipper you dolts. I can't even file a claim on my end and YOU KNOW THAT. It needs to be filed from the shipper's account. In addition, "Tammy" refused to respond to my inquiries and NOT ONE PERSON VERIFIED MY ACTUAL ADDRESS THEY USED even though I made several calls to the CPAP dept and billing in another country and asked them to verify it. Until Tammy was dipping out for her three day weekend at the end of the day, she passive aggressively confirms "my address" and spolier alert, it's wrong. Just as I suspected. Also, they told me several times to contact UPS myself. Joke's on me again. They freaking know you can't even talk to a person over there. I knew that, but I still called anyway to check that stupid box and jump through another hoop. Then the cherry on top, they send me a text on a SATURDAY MORNING, telling me I have an invoice due for the supplies I never received. I never even opted into texts, so this is totally illegal. I have wasted hours of my life trying to fix this. They can go to hell if they think they can scam my insurance policy and BILL ME MORE MONEY ON TOP OF THAT, for supplies they SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. As if all of that isn't enough, they bill under a company Aero something or other and are "Healthline" which I assume is NOT CONTRACTED with my insurance company. Who knows. But, they are a 100% scam, I am sure of that. Next week I am filing an official complaint with my insurance company against these con artists for all of the described ridiculous events. What do you think TAMMY? P.S. I also have legal services through my employer and I'll be talking to them too next week about your little stunt. But when I did reach someone they rectified it and got equipment out to me. Unfortunately , they told the driver the wrong equipment, but Tay Scott had my POC on his truck.Tay was so helpful and took care of my situation .     Generally, I am not one to post negative comments about a service provider unless it is really bad…read more If you are in the Autin, TX area and using Hospice for a loved one, please try to make sure you do not work with a company called Aerocare for delivery, set up or pick up of equipment. They are terrible and the manager Ashley is as rude as they come. Last week they called wanting to pick up the equipment Hospice had provided because we had removed Dad from Hospice care. I was not made aware a pickup was occurring last week so I asked them to wait a few days until Friday, so I had time to order a bed for my Dad so he would have somewhere to sleep. On Friday, Aerocare was supposed to pick up the Hospice provided equipment. They supposedly called Dad's facility but did not ask for the person I directed them to for coordinating the pickup. So, they reached someone who was unaware of the situation and that was their excuse for not picking up the hospital bed, etc. on Friday. On Saturday, furniture delivery group shows up and cannot put Dad's new bed together because Aerocare has not picked up the Hospice equipment and there is not enough room to have two beds up in the apartment. Today, Aerocare calls me all upset because they have equipment out there no one is paying for, and I reminded Ashley they were supposed to pick it up on Friday. So, Ashley gets all rude and tells me she is done talking to me and she is done being nice about it. At that point, I told her to stop calling me then and work with Hospice to pick up the equipment and that I would make certain when we need Hospice again, we will not be working with their company. I also assured her I would be reaching out to her boss about the how the entire situation has been handled when she refused to provide me her manager's contact information, telling me she is the manager. What a way to treat people just trying to do the right thing for the LO's...
