I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Ive been shopping at this location for YEARS and have never had anything other than a pleasant experience. But Saturday I went in and bought one pair of scrubs pants, there was a girl and what seemed to be a new hire behind the register and they were very kind, and helpful. Well I ended up buying the wrong size, when I got home to try them on, I pulled them up and accidentally pulled the tag off the pants. They didn't fit anyways so I went to return them. I was aware that the return.exchange policy called for the tags to be attached, but I tried anyways, and was prepared to get denied. I walked in and the same new hire was behind the register, with another guy, I have no idea who he was or what it name was. I grabbed the right size and brought both bottoms up to the register and asked for an exchange. Before even letting me finish the other guy (not the new hire) says "do you have your receipt?" very rude. I handed everything over, and said "hey I do know that the tag is off, but I just bought them 2 days ago, I swear I didn't wear them...." and again before finishing my statement he cuts me off and raises his voice and says "So the next time you buy something from us you HAVE to make sure the tag is attached" in a very snarky tone of voice. I said "yes I understand, and im sorry" he then looks at me and says "I remember everyones face who comes in here with returns and exchanges, so I will remember you if you ever try to return something without the tags attached again." I just stood there and stared at him, totally baffled. He then says "but ill do it this time as a courtesy, everyone deserves a courtesy but don't let it happen again" 1: I was prepared to have to eat the cost of those pants because I knew the tag was removed, and I was aware of the policy 2: I have NEVER been spoken to in such a rude, and condescending tone. I cannot believe that a kid, probably close to half my age spoke to me that way. I will never be returning to this store again. Shop with caution. read more

Went to Round Rock location to buy scrubs on 10/23/2021 was told very sarcastically if ibwantedbto shop in the store I would need to put a mask on...I am obviously a health care worker and have been vaccinated since Dec. Also rude to each other and another lady worked there was very sweet and helpful but the other two would take advantage of her and make her do everything around the store. She should get a raise! I needed some new scrubs. This store is recommended by my employer as "having what we require". So I came here with high hopes that I could get what I needed and at least five sets of such. There was a guy and two girls working. I was immediately greeted by the guy and told him what I was looking for. He said "I don't know". Then went over to ask one of his co-workers. The girl took me to the back of the store and showed me the options. Only one brand available for the color of top, but, several for the pants. She then heads back to the register to join her co-workers. While I'm back there digging around looking for my size the three of them are watching something on the computer and are giggling very loudly like high- schoolers. It was loud, unprofessional and annoying. I was able to find two tops in my size, so, I went to the giggle box to see if they had more in back. "No". I found one pair of pants in the brand I was looking for so back to the giggle box I went to see if they had more in back. One of the girls goes to the back and comes out to tell me "No", but, she went a step further and very rudely said to me, as she is walking off, "Like I told you these are your options (she walks by racks of pants waving her hand at them)". That ended my little shopping spree at this store and I'll be damned if I ever return. I will drive to Dallas, if necessary, before I will spend one freaking penny at this place. FTDS!! read more

BUYER BEWARE! They deserve 0 stars. I bought my high school daughter a shirt and pants for her class 2 weeks ago. The shirt had to be ordered due to an X-small size and I took the pants home. I called in to state the pants were a little tight on 8-20 and was told to wait to return them until the shirt arrived so I stored the pants and receipt in the bag they provided me with, in my house, for safe keeping. As of last week I still didnt have a call that the shirt had arrived so I called and they said to wait one more week. Today is a holiday 9-3 so I stopped in and apparently the shirt had arrived but they couldn't find it. It took them quite a while, 2 gals couldn't find it! They also had my phone number written down wrong to call me. I told then I needed a different size pants and they accused me of fading the pants and putting the tags back on. Seriously? They said I had "possibly" washed the clothing and was trying to return it by putting the tags back on. I was appaled and asked for the owner! I came back 2 hours later and the store owner concurred with them over the phone and said I must have done something and they can not be returned for the $23.99. It appears this is the standard practice. I was livid. I will tell everyone about this lack of customer service and the fact they think I am lying. I am a pediatrician and have never shopped at Uniform Destination. I will never shop there again. Today, when I tried to exchange 2 pairs of Cherokee scrubs for a smaller size, the manager at the Round Rock Store in Austin, Texas (Sawyer was her name) told me she would not make the exchange because my scrubs had been "tampered" with, the tags were attached in a different location than usual. We had a heated interchange and she insisted that she could not make the exchange. These were not terribly expensive scrubs but I was so outraged that I left the scrubs there. I've come to this place a few times over the years because they're right down the street from where I went to nursing school. My overall impression--they're better for making orders in advance. I prefer a place where I can come in and pick up a set or two of scrubs as needed, and this location is only sometimes able to fulfill this need for me. They carry a decent selection of brands and colors, but it is rare to find more than one or two of the same size/style/color. My experiences with the employees have varied. I've never had anyone be outright rude to me, but it's not unusual for me to be offered nothing more than a greeting when I walk in. During my visit this morning, I was not offered help at all despite being the only one in the store, but she did ask, "Still doing alright?" when I wandered close enough to the desk (after trying on several things). During my visit today I also found a used band-aid in the dressing room 45 minutes after they opened...for real? I think now that I know which styles and sizes suit me, I'll start ordering online... read more

I was in desperate need of a black scrub top for an externship I'm starting, and couldn't figure out where to go. Originally I was planning to order through amazon prime, however one day shipping meant it would get here the day I needed it. I went on google to find the closest place near me that sold scrubs and all of them were closed. Except for uniform destination. So, despite my wariness due to the reviews before this, I made a drive to uniform destination. I called on the way to make sure they sold xxs scrubs and was helped by a cheerful young man. When I came in, he was almost overly helpful in making sure I found what I needed, and asked if my dad served to apply a military discount which almost never happens. Overall I had a great experience and while I get that everyone's experiences are different, I got what I needed at a decent price and fail to see how this place only has two stars. I visited this location today. When i walked in there was only one other customer inside. Not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help or assistance! The store is very big so I proceed to wonder around and find what I needed myself. After I was finished shopping, I took my items to the cash register to check out. The girl at the register still said absolutely NOTHING to me. Not a hello, did you find what you needed, NOTHING. I'm baffled! She rings me up and the first time she even spoke or acknowledged my presence was to give me my total. I literally had to ask her if she ever greets or even speaks to her customers! All she says was oh I was busy!!! Then she handed me my bag. Didn't say thanks, have a nice day, still nothing! I just moved to Texas and the people here are so friendly and kind! My employer is sucking all the color out of my life. Literally. Used to be, every morning, I'd go to my closet, look at a rainbow of scrubs and ask myself, "What color am I today? Am I feeling blue?? Do I feel teal? Do I feel froggy or flowery??". Now I will go to my closet every morning and say "........". Starting next week, I am relegated to black scrubs every day. Optimistically, some say black is slimming or sexy. I say it ain't sexy covered in blonde dog hair. I will have to get dressed in my garage every morning on my way out the door to avoid that. Yeah, thanks satan, er, Seton. So I came here yesterday to stock up on black, cheaply, since I have to pay for it all myself. Again, thanks, now I AM feeling black on the inside as well. Your nefarious soul sucking, mind-numbing plan has worked, satan, er Seton. This place has ten tons of scrubs in a multitude of colors and prints (sigh) and brands and styles. It's a bit overwhelming especially since every brand is sized differently, but the store has done well to separate and label everything efficiently. I took one of each kind of black top and pant and hunkered down in the dressing room. What I soon discovered is, they really only have one of every size I tried on (unless you are XL or 2XL, go figure). I would find a top that fit well, and God knows now I need at least 5 of them, and they would just have one, maybe two. Same with pants. So, while I came out with enough for a week's worth of clothes, they were all different brands and fits. This is mostly my bad as I have waited to the last minute to buy this stuff (did I mention, I absolutely despise spending my good money on work clothes??), and the nice ladies did offer to order whatever I wanted, but I've run out of time. So they get plus stars for variety (which, sadly, I don't get anymore) and nice staff and price, but they could really stock up on SM's and MED's. I did get outta there with 5 tops and 3 pants for $129 which is pretty good for scrubs. So my wallet is saved, but not my soul.... read more

After misplacing my order(2 week delay), then telling me the tops I ordered are not made anymore(custom making fee) and then informing me that the company they order from is not affiliated with them(which doesn't make them responsible for any late or delayed orders)... I pick up my scrubs a total of 2 months after I ordered them...... All after having paid in full the day I saw them. They said they are not going to give any discount(not their fault member?).... Ben when I pulled out the scrubs and the scrubs were frayed with thread snags up and down the legs. Unless you want to wait almost a quarter of a year and get trash .... Ugh - that best describes my experience. The 2 associates were not only inattentive, they were RUDE. I received no help, no OFFER of help, no greeting...just the occasional side eye as I walked around. They were both sitting behind the counter when I walked up to purchase my items. I was standing directly in front of them, but they carried on with their conversation until they came to a convenient stopping point. After checking out I said "Thanks. Have a nice day." I've visited this store twice, both times the employees have basically ignored me, which is fine bc I didn't need them for anything anyway. The selection is just ok, it was difficult to find right size in the right color, and I wear med or large which is a common size. I went to a few other places in town, I liked this one the best. They had a lot of colors and sizes and brands. They carried petite and tall lengths. I checked online, the prices are the same or less. The staff was nice and they do special order if you need that. The set up of the store was convenient too, not as crowded as some places. The dressing rooms had doors and were accessible and cleaned out. The woman working there was polite. The store is on the side of the mall that is away from the interstate. read more

1 star for lack of customer service and return policy. They don't give refunds on non-sale items even with a receipt and returning it the very next day. Who are they hiring here? I just tried to exchange or even just get a refund on my scrub pants that i bought a couple weeks ago that have just been sitting in my room because they were too big and first of all i wasn't greeted when i came in. second of all on the receipt i had it said tags had to be attached and in original condition, that being said i still had the tags they just weren't attached and the pants were the exact same as they were when i bought them. So i decided they should take them back because who wouldn't? Anyways, I go in there and tell them I need an exchange or a refund and they looked at me like i was insane!!!! The "manager" inspected my pants and drew the conclusion that because there was some dog hair on the pants that they couldn't refund me or even exchange. So I'm like well i have three dogs what would you have liked me to do and she starts getting choppy with me saying they aren't in original condition and stuff like that. She even went as far as saying they "didn't feel the same" like what???? So i'm reasonably upset by this point so I ask to speak to somebody higher than her and I get put on with the owner who goes on to tell me that she's going to stick with her manager. WHAT????? isn't the customer always right? or is that just something this snappy little lady has never heard of. Moral of the story: if you have dogs don't take your pants that you bought out of the bag or else they won't exchange them even with the receipt, tag, and original bag you got them in. Great service!! Came in today looking for some replacement scrubs since I started at a new dentist office. A young lady helped me today with everything from colors to brands. She helped me find shirts that covered my tattoos and she even had a beautiful flower on her arm as well !My cashier also was very helpful and nice, he helped me order specific colors that I needed. The employees were nice enough BUT not only do they put the "exchange only" signs in places where they're not obvious to the customer but when i did go back in to exchange pants (where the seam was coming apart after 1 wash and wear) they weren't able to exchange them that day because they had to contact the manufacturer first. AND they let me shop around and waste my entire lunch break instead of telling me this up front. Once my exchange is complete i will NOT be shopping here again. read more

Went to this store today looking for certain color in scrubs. They had the right size and right color. Tried it on and purchased it with no problem. After looking at the receipt at the counter I found that I was charged 11.99 for a scrub top that was marked 10.99. Not really a big deal. I mentioned it to the sales associate, thinking that she would give me the 1 dollar back being that it was clearly marked 10.99 on the tag, but no. She had to call her manager who told her to tell me that she could not honor the price that was on the tag because of something having to do with the date it was entered in the system or something...? The sales associate hung up with the manager and then informed me that it was an error in the computer. Well, I was obviously not ok with that for the simple fact that the tag clearly said 10.99. It wasn't like it was on clearance and in the wrong section or that someone marked it wrong the wrong price; it was a computerized tag on the label that matched the item it was attached to that I was trying to purchase. So the associate called the manager back and put me on phone. The manager was trying to explain to me why there was a mistake in the computer (which didn't make sense nor did it matter to me because it was not what the tag stated) and was trying to get to me understand why it rang up at the register like it did. I asked for the district office phone number and she instructed me that there was no district office to contact (only the owner of the store) and for me to leave my name and phone number for the owner to call because they didn't like to be bothered after 5:00 pm (the transaction occurred at 5:27pm) Although it was only a dollar difference, it was the fact that I was charged more than what the price tag said, and instead of just giving me the dollar difference, they chose to argue. Wow. Customer service? Not good at all. Will not be spending any more of my money here! read more
